“I ordered one card in February for £12 and I’ve been getting charged £15.00 a month for no reason and it doesn’t say what for !! I want my money back !!”

“I ordered a card during the COVID-19 outbreak. It was dispatched within hours and arrived the next day.
The Funky Rewards cashback offer clearly says by clicking continue you're joining a monthly membership and the cashback is subject to the payment terms.
If people can't read, they shouldn't be using the internet - go play with crayons. The same stupid people go on Amazon and accept the free next day delivery with Prime trial offer, then scream and shout that they didn't join Amazon Prime.

“Be very aware of the Rewards Scheme with Funky Pigeon. I have since been 'robbed' of 4 payments of £15 . I have been in touch with the company that Funky Pigeon gave my details to and received a very unsatisfactory reply. This is not a rewards scheme it is daylight robbery. I have asked to be reimbursed as I I would never knowingly have signed up for such a scheme as I do not have that sort of money. I will never ever use Funky Pigeon again.”

“Ordered Flowers and a card for mothers day, Flowers arrived in a right mess, 10 roses instead of 12 which were looking sorry for themselves and a stem with no rose head the rest went in the bin. Eventually got a refund for the flowers and then no card for mothers day to which I am still awaiting a reply to my email. Appalling service first and last time I will be using this company. Oh and the roses did not recover!”

Poor responce blaming us when we've never had this problem with flowers and these guys come with some technical lies they couldn't see in the pictures. Do not use. Terrible, especially for how expensive it was, nearly 50quid for flowers and card!!”

“My daughter had £15 taken from her account for a "rewards" subscription. Something she'd not signed up for. I've noticed from these reviews that this has been happening a lot! She called them and they have said they'll refund. Not good enough; this shouldn't have been taken from her account to begin with”
