I ordered a card for my son's 18th birthday on Feb 18th, estimated date of arrival was 24th (Funky Pigeon website during the order and on confirmation email - snip below) and the birthday was on the 27th. As it stands (3rd March) it still hasn't arrived and all I'm getting from their 'customer happiness' team are generic template apologies. I was told "Unfortunately, the date given is an estimated delivery date not a guaranteed delivery day", in other words they are lying on their website to get you to order first. I've always used Moonpig with no issues, but this card looked really nice and I only ordered with them based on the delivery date. My mistake and one I will not be making again.

Bought some Roses from funky pigeon for my wife. They cost £30 and have never been so disappointed with Roses ever before. They were dead the very next day an had the be thrown in the bin. I reported it back to them and they had the cheek to say they died because they were put in a dirty vase. I'll never use them again

Photo birthday card ordered well in advance as I was going on holiday. Returned to discover card was not received by the recipient. I have now emailed funky pigeon twice and as yet have not received a response . £5 down the drain. Not Impressed.

I ordered a card and gift card with first class delivery and it took 7 days to arrive! Even though they apparently posted it on the day I ordered. So it missed my Mum's birthday. I have never had an issue when I post first class, but this seems to be a common issue for this company based on other people's reviews. Not worth the hassle. Buy a card and post it yourself!!

Very disappointed customer!!! Ordered my Grandsons 1st birthday card on 18th Jan today is the 26th Jan !! And no card I have emailed twice and no reply absolutely rubbish company. Stay away !

I'm sure you won't be suprised to hear, i have not received the calendars today, as you stated i would. To say i'm disappointed with funky pigeon's service would be an understatement! I'm still puzzled as to how i've not received any replacements in the last 2.5 weeks, from when i first informed you of the damaged original copies, on Dec 5th! As mentioned previously, i'm not overly keen on using Royal Mail. But i find it impossible to believe that they have failed to deliver on what is now the third time! And on this last occasion, you informed me that they were despatched as next day delivery! But shock, still no delivery! Why was amazon courier service not used, as you did inform me that would be the case? Wether you've been spinning me a pack of lies over the last couple of weeks, i'll never know. But i feel more could of and should of been done to get those calendars to me in time for christmas. I obviously had them personalised to signify an important moment in life, that would be a very special gift to the recipients at christmas. But now that won't happen, i feel very frustrated and saddened. I certainly wish i'd of ordered from moonpig or etsy. Which is exactly what i'll be doing in future, as will other family members now i've told them of how i've been treated. Needless to say, i will be following this up with a negative review online.

I will never use this service again. Two personalised Christmas cards abroad. Very important, they had plenty of time. The cards are paid for but never arrived. Poor service.

Do Not Use Funkypigeon.com for Special Occasions (eg. Xmas) Funkypigeon have failed to deliver items in time for Xmas, 2 years in a row. They are deliberately vague and refer to terms and conditions in all correspondence. They will send an ‘Order Confirmed’ email, which is meaningless. They will send an ‘Order on the way’ email which is meaningless. A few days later you will receive an email stating that they have prepared your order and they’re waiting for Royal Mail to collect it, having already told you that it was ‘on the way’ days earlier. They clearly have a mission to take all orders, even if they know they cannot fulfill them in the time period that you require. As personalised items, they cannot refund you, so they get full payment, and you get a late item, with no recourse.

FP colluded with a stalking case & broke their own t's & c's A few years ago, I was stalked & harrased by someone I worked with. My client sent a top less picture of herself to Funky Pigeon to have it made into a keyring. I was disgusted to receive such a grotesque item. When I read Funky Pigeons t's & C's I was surprised to read that they do not send pictures of nudes or anything of the sort. When I contacted Funky Pigeon to inform them that they had played a part in a criminal investigation, I was shocked to hear that their keyrings are put together by hand and not a machine. I am sure that the person/s who put the keyring together had a good old joke about the picture, however, they played a significant role in my distress and colluded with a convicted stalker. I will never use Funky Pigeon again and share with all who send items online what Funk Pigeon did.

They are rubbish I paid for special Delivery tracked, and only received 1 card ,£18 for what ? Never will I shop at funky pigeon again maybe other shopping Card Apps be more better

Awful. Ordered the Birthday Flowers set. Says flowers will be delivered next day, unless ordered ahead. I ordered ahead. It still did not ship until after the delivery time! DPD says shipped from over 100 miles away! Still has not arrived. Insane. Flower delivery services all over the world ship from local florists. Of course Funky Pidgeon would know that this could not possibly be good. Could not possibly have arrived, fresh, or on time, or in good condition. This was Supposed to be for a special gift. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRYING.

Had delivery this morning, it was being dumped behind a bin, when I knocked on window, then dumped the damaged box, upside down in front of porch. Not beneficial to flowers. No attempt to actually deliver.

Placed my order 10 days ago. Since then no update on my order, i can't access my account, no one is answering my emails, i can't reset the password and nothing seems to be working. EXTREMELY bad customer service and customer experience!!!

Terrible Customer Service.. I spent £23 on a gift of 3 craft beer and card for brothers birthday . Arrived a day later/ only 2 beer and NO card. No refund . Will never use again.

I ordered a customised birthday card on 10th Nov and still waiting for it even though it was meant to be delivered on 12th according to their update. Still waiting on customer service to respond from 3 days ago .. went to moonpig instead and sorted !
