“I went to Funky Pigeon as a change from Moonpig. I made my order only to discover that it had to be sent in 2 packages and that I had to pay 2 sets of postage.
One card was included with the flowers, so I do not understand why the other card and small keyring could not have been included too.
I was however, thankful that it was not, as the water in the flowers leaked and made the card wet.
The second package was delivered to the wrong address and turned up a day late. I realise this is down to Royal Mail, not FP, but had everything been posted together with the flowers, it would have arrived on time. Thankfully, my wife was not upset and saw the funny side of it.”
“I had ordered a birthday card (for an 80th) and a plant. The card was correctly delivered and on time. I paid for express postage. The Plant arrived in a broken plant pot, which required repotting. I reported this and was asked for photographic evidence, which I could not ask the recipient to do. They would not have been able to do this.
I would not use them again as I entered into a stream of e mails on the topic.”

They are good for ages then a card I order a week before I need to doesn’t arrive. And it’s a special 1st anniversary.
When you contact them it takes forever for them to respond because they are busy apparently. Which isn’t very reassuring. So by the time they come back to me and arrange a replacement card. It will be a week late. I will trying moonpig. I order cards every single month.”

“I was very pleased with the postcards but there is some sort of trick during the checkout process that leads to you inadvertently signing up to pay £15 per month to My Funky Rewards. After complaining, I did receive my £15 back but I’m not a fool and I’m certain that I was tricked here.”

“Ordered flowers and a card and arrived the exact day of my mother’s birthday which was perfect. Was very happy with the delivery service and therefore excited to see the flowers. However, I was left very disappointed with the flowers as it was misleading with the image online and the price I paid of £38.68. Wish I had bought flowers from a different company”

“I moved to Funky Pigeon from Moonpig as they became unreliable with their delivery of orders. I've used FP regularly for a good while now and never had a problem. However, I ordered a mothers day card for my mum a week in advance and it hasn't arrived. I emailed Funky Pigeon twice about this issue had have to date, not received any response. Shocking customer service! I buy approx. 20 cards a year but will no longer be using this provider.”
