"I bought several items in December 2020. The outdoor items - Richmond Bench and Fulbrook mirror were put outside in May 2021. Within 14 months they are full of rust which is unrepairable.\r\nI contacted customer services and Nicole replied 'As these items are over 12 months old we have no obligation to replace them. Metal outdoor items would rust over time due to the natural weather elements.'\r\nIt is not unreasonable to expect outdoor furniture and mirrors to last longer than 14 months. They are still selling both items."
