We are done with this company. Still waiting for our food and its been an hour. Our driver has delivered to multiple locations. Im going to be even more upset if our milkshake is melted and our burgers are soggy and cold. Jeez!

Order sent to the wrong place . Couldn’t immediately cancel it . Called the place , they could do nothing for me . Paid for nothing.

They charged me for a months service that i did not order. I called and they agreed to credit my card. The next mo., they gave me credit but charged me again for a mo service. Could not get ANY cooperation from cust svc rep. Will NEVER use these scammers!! Beware!!

The delivery service delayed my food and the food became cold. I asked grubhub to give me a refund for the cold food which was $68 for thighs and $36 for wings. They said they were unable to do so and offered me 4 $10 off credit per order which was not the equal amount of the cold food. This was extremely disappointing and I decided that I will no longer represent that company.

Do not use grub hut. They are the worst. Twice they canceled my order after waiting an hour for delivery. The latest being Saturday. Placed an order at 9:00 to be delivered. Got message from grub hub showing who was delivering my order. At a minute to 10 i get a text saying my order was being canceled cause the store was closed. Ordered from uber eats and got the order in 30 minutes. So grub hub lied to me.

I went to order today and they said they're were no restaurants open. I looked it up on Google so I know for a fact there are restaurants opened. They don't need to lie

Ordered and delivery was one time an hour later the delivery time changed then the restaurant called and said it has been sitting there for an hour that we could come pick it up. Went to pick it up and was refunded $10 for cold food that was never delivered. DO NOT USE GRUB HUB USE DOOR DASH INSTEAD!!!

Everytime I try to use them there is some sort of technical glitch. I redeemed and downloaded a $100.00 giftcard. When I used it they still cgarged my credit card on file. There was no longer any evidence of the card on my account . I could only chat with useless AI for help. I hate them. I lost $100.00.

Well, first off Stop lying! Your not sorry that I had a bad experience, as you call it! That being said, Let me tell you of my experience!!! First, I applied to GrubHub. Shortly after received a text from you that said and I quote, Thank you for applying to GrubHub, There are no openings in your area at this time. Please watch for opening s through emails from us. Thanks The next text I receive from you States. You have not responded to our text. There for you are no longer on our wait list. Please sign up again if you are interested in becoming a GrubHub driver!!!!???? You people have your heads soooo far up your ass that the bump in your throat is your nose!!! I wouldn't work for GRUB HUB If my life depended on it! However it does explain why there are very few GrubHub drivers in Florida!!!!!!

Because grubhub gps system went down our food was not delivered for 2 hours cold wrong items missing items and they will not refund me my 100.00+ food order because i waited till today after the holiday to file my complaint horrible customer service!!! Do not use them...

Grubhub is the worst food delivery app of all time! I don't know if they schedule drivers to stop at multiple locations at once but more often than not my food has arrived cold! They never want to help you either or credit you a refund. I'm abolishing this app for good!

I ordered a nice steak and Salmon meal for my 86 year old father in law and his elderly wife. They live in assisted living and the food isnt great. First time using grub hub. We got a call from my father inlaw that no food showed up. Then we started calling. After a half hour, we found out the order was picked up at the restaurant but then disappeared. grubhub said the order was canceled. What? The resaurant made the food and it was picked up. I asked who picked it up. No answer. Got a very confusing explanation from grubhub. Will never use again. They don't track anything, no accountability. We received a refund but our elderly parents got nothing. Inexcusable. Horrible business model. How hard is it to track a delivery.

Every SINGLE time the order is obnoxiously late bc the driver is making multiple orders AND the order is usually wrong and/or missing items. Grubhub doesn’t care at all—they are just rolling in the $$$. What a con!

We ordered a meal for our housebound elderly parents that live in assisted-living. The meal was picked up, but never delivered and canceled. All GrubHub would tell us is the meal was canceled by the restaurant. The restaurant said it was picked up by GrubHub. Somebody got a free meal and my elderly parents didn’t get their dinner. Completely unacceptable. We will never use GrubHub again.

Delivery time changed there times. Then went to track order, it still wasn't picked up. Don't make promises you can't Delivery. You put your five dollar credit where the sun Don't shine

Placed an order on Grubhub the driver accepted the order and waited about an hour without completing the order and canceled. A second driver took the order and picked it up but the food had been under a warmer and was horrible. Contacted Grubhub for a refund and they offered 10$ credit on a 40$ order that was garbage. Will not use grubhub again!

Of the past 5 orders, 2 were cancelled, 2 were delivered to the wrong address. There must be no training for drivers. The least the company could do is to PROVIDE, for free, an accurate gps app to their drivers. Utterly stupid business model.

I was contacted by the driver and he was complaining about my lack of a tip. I explained to him that I usually tip but I am working out of town and I was ordering for my 83 year old mother. I haven't Been paid yet, so i'm low on funds, But I should not be contacted and harassed about a tip, because tips, are optional. If grubhub Allows this type of behavior from the drivers.I will never be using them again. I live in norman. My driver's name was Demetrius. This is harassment and is not acceptable. I need resolution on this matter.
