“Same complaint I've seen posted already I placed order and they keep pushing the delivery time back, then they said driver was on the way to pickup my food and in the tracking it showed the driver in the same spot for over 30 minutes then they only wanted to give me a 5 dollar credit and the meal was over 30.00 I wish there was a way to give zero stars, I will never use GrubHub again!!!!”

“The worst customer service ever! They “claim” to deliver on time. All they do is keep pushing the deliver time back then food delivered cold and they want to offer 5.00 on a 25.00 order!! Supervisor “nothing we can do”. Having to pay double for lunch absolutely BS. Never again will I use Grubhub.”

“They don't even let you cancel your order. Ordered by accident and tried to cancel right away and they stated it was too late. Also offer a 5 dollar credit when you over paying in the first place.”

“The app is fine but as a company GrubHub (in my opinion) is pretty terrible. Orders are consistently late or get cancelled because they can't find a driver. If you have no drivers then there needs to be a way keep us from ordering in the first place or at least let us know how many are working so customers can get a sense of real time availability. Then half the time they won't even cancel so you're stuck waiting on food that will likely never come.”

“The food arrived an hour after the posted arrival time. The Pizza and food was both good and hard. My poor 7 yr old granddaughter was in tears. Before I could do the survey they terminated my phone call. I definitely do not recommend Food Hub !!! Terrible Terrible Service with no explanation”

“Grubhub used to be decent but since they were sold their delivery has become unbelievably bad and they will no longer "make it right" when your food is more than an hour late and stone cold because the driver delivered three other orders before yours despite the fact that you added supposed priority delivery, and the restaurant called you to ask if you still want it because it has been sitting there waiting for over an hour. I have deleted my account and will never order from them again.”

“I have ordered three times with Grub hub. Two out of the three times my order was cancelled at the time it should have been delivered. I will not order with them again. The cancellation didn’t bother me as much as the time of the cancellation. After I have waited two hrs for my order they send me a text saying the order was cancelled at the time of delivery. Very unhappy with service.”

“My order came with a confirmation code. I answered my phone, and the driver is yelling at me, the code, I need the code, I gave him the code because I was upstairs and he said he left the food. He didn’t. Out $70. Grub Hub REFUSES to assist, even when the driver confirmed I did not get my food. All because I gave the driver the code over the phone. They refuse to help all because of that damn code. I will never order from them again.”

“The delivery driver took the soda from my order. I issued a claim right away and they never refunded me; when I contacted them again they refused to refund for the soda because it was more than 48 hours after the service. I will never use them again. I'd give them a 0 stars if I could.”

“GrubHub is always so slow. I can order at 5:00 and still be waiting on my food 3 hours later. This has happened on several occasions and customer service refuses to refund, only using the same standard answers about how sorry they are, the restaurant is already making the order-like I am going to accept an order that was made 3 hours ago.”

“Overcharged me for 2 orders when I only received 1 order. Tried to get refund and after sending 20 emails back and forth today, I filed a formal complaint with my bank, Amazon Prime and Pay, Better Business Bureau for fraud!”

“Awful! Every time I order, they delay it 2-4 times. It takes 2-3 hours to get an order from a place 8 miles away, & the food is long since cold when it arrives. Would've taken less time to walk there!”
