I HATE being lied to. I pay a monthly fee for free delivery but several times I have been charged a delivery fee. Upon phoning I was told that restaurant does not participate. I then went back online and saw "free delivery". A second call to a different person got me an admission that it should have been free. I supposedly will be receiving a refund in 5 days. I also wonder what the "service fee" is.

I ordered wings from Wings Over Fort Worth around 5pm. The wings were supposed to arrive at 5:49pm. I waited 2 and half hours and never received my wings. The driver switched to another driver out of the blue, with no explanation, and mysteriously, my order got cancelled. This is ridiculous. I'm hungry and now I don't have anything to eat. Thank you.

Twice now Grub Hub has brought food to my house and the orders have been wrong. I pay a lot of money for this service. I’m a nurse and I’m tired when I get home from work. I expect to get the right food. When I’m missing half of my order twice now, I won’t be using them again. Do your job right!

They supposedly guarantee on time delivery, but orders get delayed. Sometimes multiple times. And every time that they delay the order, they send a different driver. I had one order get delayed until after the restaurant was closed. They cancelled that order. Most recent order was picked up by the wrong driver. How does that happen? That order was also cancelled. I will not order from them again!

my gift card order was cancelled because there was not a delivery driver available. I went on chat line an asked for a number to talk to a human about getting the money put backn on my card. She directed me to a site to pay $1.00 for an answer and that the service would be so much a month after that.. Totally ridiculous.

Worst company I ever delt with. Out of 8 orders 3 were wrong and 2 were never delivered. Not very good canceling membership

Ordered and had 5 different drivers. An hour after the delivery time the order was cancelled. Never again.

They refuse to refund me back my money from the restaurant I will never ever order from grub hub ever again and I tried to delete my grub hub account but they refuse to delete my grub hub account

I ordered my food and specifically chose face to face contact because the first time I had ordered food it never got delivered to me but went to a different house that had my same street number. I decided to give them a second chance. Again my food did not get delivered. I texted the driver to ask where it was and he said it's off to the side of the house. That is not what I had asked for I asked for someone to hand me my food so I was sure it made it to me this time. Luckily GrubHub did refund my money and gave me a $5 coupon for next time. One there will be no next time and two now I have no dinner. I work a full-time job and in five and a half months pregnant and just wanted a relaxing dinner at home. PB&j it is I guess.

The fees are outrageous. Ripping customers off. Between the tips delivery fee and service charge almost equals the cost of the meal...ridiculous. will never use again..they are driving a little over a mile. Also beware the tip is calculated based on the service and delivery fees

Take yhis as your sogn to never order using Grubhub. I've been a loyal customer to grubhub for almost a year and I continously had issues with my orders. At times, part of the order was missing, items were prepared wrong (for example I ordered a salad and they gave me a wrap/sandwich) or in this case, my entire order just never showed up. I contacted them and they do process my refund even with some resistance. However, tonight, I got the usual text that my order was outside and when I go outside there's nothing. I contact customer service and they tell me I can't be refunded because I have too many refunds on my account. I try calling the driver, no answer. I call Grubhub to see if they would offer any solution if I can't get a refund. They insist no, I explain that none of this is my fault for the things that have been wrong with any of the orders I've placed. Its between the restart and the driver. At this point I'm literally walking around my apartment complex to see if my order was placed at the wrong door and bottom line, they ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to refund me my money. I am so very disappointed and I can't even believe that's allowed. They never asked for proof which I would gladly have given each time because I've never lied about the orders being wrong. They never attempted to contact the drivers as some agents have done in the past to confirm if there was any issue with delivery. My advice? DO NOT use this delivery service. My advice to restaurants? Don't use grubhub for your delivery drivers either. Because if the restaurant is not to blame, this delivery is just gonna drag your name in the mud.

grubhub is ridiculous. they said i cant get a refund for something i never received because i had "unsual refunds in the system" what the hell.?? why should i have to pay almost a hundred dollars for stuff i never received????

The driver stole the food I ordered. Customer service informed me that they could refund the money but, it would take 24-48 hours as they were unable to contact the driver. If I could give Grubhub zero stars I would do so. I will never use their services again.

If I could give a negative review I would, never got my order, and now they will take 3 business days to refund my money, I was hungry when I ordered and now I’m just plain crabby. Do not call these people, call the restaurant directly

If I can give negative stars I would would it seems to be a habitual habit to delay orders 2 or 3 times from your original time you ordered it you're getting meals 2 hours later unacceptable I would never become a member. I don't not recommend and please work harder on finding reliable drivers.

Had a baby in January. Cancelled pur account, deleted app. They continued to charge us and refused to give us money back. I recommend ubereats. These people are useless.
