They Never get the order right. I ordered a taco salad from Wendy's. I got salad. No chili, no salad dressing just lettuce. They have not gotten one order correct. The dashers don't check orders even when requested. Will NEVER order there again. They do not arrange for order refunds. They NEVER respond to your complaints. Worst service in town. Love Door dash. USE THEM BY THE WAY, THEY DONT DELIVER ON TIME.

Driver was stuck in the snow. We tried to cancel and it wouldn't allow it.Food was an hour and half late. It was garbage.

The courier messed up my order, getting 1 unit instead of 10, so I had to place a second order. Grubhub still charged me delivery fees for both. Horrible customer service.

This is now the third strike with Grubhub, and I am officially done! Strike one: My first order was canceled without any notification because the restaurant had apparently changed its name. I waited over an hour before discovering this on my own-completely unacceptable. Strike two: I spent $90 on food, only for the driver to lock themselves out of their car. The food arrived extremely late and cold. GrubHub’s solution? A measly $10 credit. Strike three (and the last straw): Today, I attempted to use the $10 voucher from their prior mistake. I noticed the driver sitting at the restaurant for an extended period, so I took the initiative to call the restaurant. Turns out, they never even received my order! When I contacted GrubHub, they claimed they didn’t know why the order didn’t go through, then canceled it and offered a refund. When I reminded them of the $10 voucher I used, I was told it couldn’t be reinstated because it had already been “used”. After demanding to speak with a manager, I was given a partial refund of $17. That’s it?! This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is outrageous. I will never use Grubhub again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time, money, or a stress-free meal experience.

Never use GrubHub order was dropped at some random street and location. Driver notified and wouldn’t reply by phone call or text. Tried texting Grubhub online service and it wouldn’t allow me to type in #data it disconnected chat before typing could be entered. Consumer theft.

I ordered my food at 11 didn’t come til 1 cold couldn’t eat it and no refund . I would never order from here again . Absolute jokes and scams .

Several orders made. Usually came late, estimated time kept changing, and food arrived more than 90 minutes late on 2 different orders, but I never complained. When I did my most recent order 2items were missing and they refused to give me a refund, they kept saying I’ve received too many refunds (not true, I’ve never received anything!). I only started using the service recently because it was cheaper than DoorDash. But after 4 years with DoorDash, I barely had a problem, and if I did, there was always a resolution. Stay way from GrubHub, unless you want them to steal your money.

I ordered lunch from grubhub. To get a message that my order is canceled due to the item not being on the menu for over a year! No communication..I should have been able to change it for something else.... I only used it today be yesterday's order was a disaster and wanted to use the credit. Doordash is better!

driver told me he was on the way to pick up order then it was canceled. i called the restaurant my order was sitting right there waiting to be picked up. the phone app and the website are unstable and unworkable. have not had a positive experience with grubhub yet.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed a order with Bob Evans to have delivered to the hospital for my husband who is in the hospital. The directions were very clear for the driver. The driver Irian left the order in a wagon outside the hospital! there were wheel chairs around. He took the picture of the food in a wagon. The directions gave the room number and the name. It was told where to take it ect ect. There were 3 nurses looking for the order. They found the wagon but no food. The driver put the order in a wagon at the children's hospital section. He must have took a picture of the order in the wagon and took the food for himself!. I am so disappointed in GrubHub that I will not use them again and to figure this was my first time every using a delivery service for food because my husband is in the hospital and I thought sending him something that he likes to eat would help cheer him up and help in healing.

Bad company. Everyone is a supervisor but no one can help you to answer simple questions about your account.. they may as well be a meta service. Ill never get grubhub again

Had two missing items, customer service refused to reimburse me or allow me to reorder, and stated that I’d already had too many refunds in the past which is BS because I hardly ever use my account.

Most rude customer service. I complained that I ordered the vegetarian option and the lady flatly said we cannot issue a refund. She was extremely rude. There was hair in my food. Gave standard responses and I was treated like a common criminal. Horrid EXPERIENCE

DO NOT ORDER RAISING CANES THREW GRUBHUB IN TUCSON TWO HOUR WAIT TIMES IS EXCESSIVE WHEN U ORDER IT SAYS ONLY 30-45 min then u dont get ur refund for days bad customer service chat agents drivers stealing food

GrubHub is deceptive and changes your order to another store, in a different state when you place the order. We have a grieving family after my father in law died and ordered food. They will do nothing to assist in making it right.

I recently used Grubhub to order a pizza for a friend in Oxford, MS while I was in Colorado. The experience was extremely disappointing. Despite paying nearly $30, my friend never received the pizza, even though the delivery status online said it was delivered. To make matters worse, the driver failed to notify my friend as promised. It’s likely the driver delivered it to the wrong house. I reached out to Grubhub customer service, but speaking with the supervisor was unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, I felt brushed aside. Frustrated, I requested the deletion of my Grubhub account and credit card information. This was my final order with Grubhub. They can keep the $30, but they’ve lost a customer. I wouldn’t recommend Grubhub to anyone based on this experience.

I will never used their services again. I received someone else order and sent a email to their cooperate office because i want getting anywhere with the local office. I sent pictures of food and receipt to show this was a horrible mistake. They refused to send me a refund. They robbing their customers.

I have ordered 4 times from grub hub and all 4 times something was wrong with my order. Thinking it was a a fluke I ordered and unfortunately my last order which was just the other day the driver left my food outside my apartment building on the ground. I have a picture to prove it. Not to mention I had a 15.00 credit and they took it away from me.I will not ever order them again.
