I was charged twice for my order. When I noticed it through my PayPal account I called grubHub and was told they cannot do anything since it’s been more than 48 hours from when I placed my order. That is ridiculous! Cannot issue a credit - I’m done with them.

I placed a Grubhub order at 7:39pm for delivery between 8:02pm and 8:17pm. Driver said delivered at 8:09pm but no order in sight. Driver took a photo of white bag only with no surroundings. After trying to contact driver with no success, I contacted Grubhub via message on their app and now I have to wait for redelivery between 8:45 and 9:00pm. I have only tried this service a few times and every time I have had a problem. I will never order from this company ever again.

Consistently late deliveries. Well over an hour and a half with 20% tips. 3 cold meals in a row from restaurants within 5 miles, this will be the last time we use Grubhub.

This app & service is a rip off. I just don't understand why anyone would use it. My wonderful neighbor gave me $50 and 1/2 of the money would go to their fees, taxes, tips, delivery fee. Ridiculous!!!!

When I search restaurants with my address grubHub pulls up places that are quite far from my house. I don't want my food riding around in some dude's Corolla for an hour. I'll pass. Thanks.

Grubhub offers free delivery but they have revoked that offer from when I first started paying for Grubhub+. Now only a few restaurants near me offer Grubhub+ and I'm being charged more with Grubhub+ than a competitor would offer without a membership to their service. Bait and switch garbage, do not buy Grubhub+.

Too many fees and an automatically added tip for the driver. A tip should be at the discretion of the customer.

I am very happy with Grubhub, the reason I gave it a 5 is when things get messed up and they do with any company, they always help to make things right. I find the prices very competitive and a lot of time cheaper than others. I have been using them a very long time and a lot more during covid, they were a lifesaver. You can't blame them for when a restaurant or driver messes up but they will help and fix the issue. Sticking with Grubhub!

My $38 was never delivered and Grub Hub is offering me $5 or file an appeal. But they didn’t give me any instructions on how to file an appeal. I also have a photo of the delivery that proves that’s not my address. The table in that picture is in the lobby of another building a block away.

Driver stole my order as I was tracking him, he parked in a parking lot for a few minutes and then drove the opposite direction from my house. He took a picture driving no door or food insight. I called CS they wouldn’t give me a refund or credit. #1 worst company and food delivery service ever I deleted will never order again.

Over $50 in food arrived an HOUR late. Food was so cold it had clearly been sitting out for awhile. Grubhub refused to offer more than $5 off of my next order.

They are constantly overcharging during checkout.! They’re not calculating the prices correctly and customers end u paying more if you’re not careful

First guy I watched on the map the car went and got food then went downtown and set there for 15 minutes. When I text the driver he unassigned himself. I wrote customer service and called restaurant they said it was already picked up. I told grubhub customer service it was picked up because they tried to argue it was still being made. I said that is not what the restaurant said, and the driver unassigned himself. Second driver they assigned said it would be another hour after waiting an hour. I said restarant already said first driver got it and I already waiting an hour, so he marks delivered and uploads blurry pic. I said why upload blurry pic and say it was delivered when it was not, he said had to clear it off his phone. Kept texting me for hour and first guy doing calls and hanging up on me. If I could leave zero I would for charging my card, stealing my food, and lying and saying it was delivered when it was not, sending me to 4 different customer service chats, it was not even sending me it was more like they end it and I have to reopen it. Frist grubhub claims what driver on the first driver that stole the food, and on second driver they go it shows delivered when it was not!

This is a rip off. I used to order from grubhub on weekends. They were reasonable then.. They have gotten to be legal highway robbery. I've tried to order a meal just for one person, but the fees and taxes charged are ridiculous. And then the audacity to request a tip for their drivers. Give them the tip for your over pricing. Service fee,?! Come on now!!! Needless to say I have Uninstaller the app from all my devices. So long Hambuglars!

Email from grubhub said 6:40-6:50. I didn't get my food until almost 7:30 which is double the original time. Called CS and they can only give a credit that is gone after a month. The service has gone downhill. Poor service leaves unhappy customers. I usually add a little extra tip... this time I wish I could have removed the tip. I don't know who messed up, but as the provider of the service Grubhub should have gave me some money back for the ridiculous wait time.

My order: $ 9.17 food ( receipt I received $8.17) 0.00 delivery fee 2.00 small order fee (why when $0.00 Delivery fee) 3.00 service fee 1.17 taxes ____________ $15.74 total I checked the box 15% tip. Then they calculate the 15% in the whole bill (including the tax) and added an additional $2.36 to the bill for a total of $18.10. When you look at the bill attached to my delivery order, the vendor receipt says $8.17. WHY???

They are the absolute worst. They offer you an expedited option so you will use them and then change delivery times. Waiting over an hour for food delivery is unacceptable business practice. They must have personnel issues or something but they should not accept the orders if they can’t handle the workload. So unsatisfied with this delivery app. I use them because of my Prime benefit. I am definitely switching to Uber or DoorDash. Definitely use them if you like to wait and like your food cold.
