I ordered food at 8:50 and waited an hour and a half for my food to never arrive. I tracked the driver going to the restaurant after they pushed my estimated time back twice and then received a cancellation message. No one was actually helpful even though I contacted three different customer service people and they all told me the same thing and I’m sure the driver just took my food. Lame as hell. I’d give it negative stars if I could.

I ordered Taco Cabana on GrubHub, and nearly 30 minutes later, I received a cancellation notice from GrubHub that says: The restaurant canceled because they're busier than usual and can't complete your order. The restaurant is open right now, I called. I don't understand why they're too "busy" for me, a paying customer, and "can't complete my order." The restaurant said that GrubHub didn't even contact them about the order. So what's really going on here? GrubHub always leaves me disappointed. I refuse to use them ever again for all of the cancellations and trouble they've caused me and my family. So, Favor picked up the order and didn't have any problems getting my order to me. Thanks, Favor!

EVERYTHING bad written in reviews below times 10!!!!!!!! My last food total was $69.00 and Grubhub charged $110.00. We've placed 5 orders over several months, all from different restaurants. EVERY order had missing items resulting in large overcharges. Every restaurant corrected the issues at their expense. This is totally unacceptable! This household is DONE with GRUBHUB!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

Receipt total 43.51. Grubhub charged 87.16. After calling, they refused to refund me and to allow me to speak with a supervisor.

Enough with the damn commercials, not only do you guys get the Order wrong everytime I've ordered, but then you rum 3 of the same ad in 1 break from my show. It's like you're rubbing in how bad your service is. Kindly F Off...

Grub Hub SUCKS! I saw someone wish they had negative stars! So do I! I'd give them negative 5! I ordered food an hour and a half ago. I got messages for an hour that said it was "delayed". Finally called the now closed restaurant. Turns out driver didn't show and another wasn't available. Please do NOT use this service. Choose one of the many others available or you'll find yourself having Frito's for dinner at 11:30 PM! BTW. I couldn't even reach them by phone. They were having technical difficulties. I would normally be surprised, but their app is obviously such amateur hour, maybe a phone system is just too high a bar for them.

Worst ever! How you gone have some other driver pick someone else’s food and not tell the customer until later! Then not have a backup and just leave us clueless! Y’all wack!

I will never order from GrubHub again. 24 hours in advance I put in a pick up order to deliver to my elderly moms assisted living facility, where she was entertaining to guests the next day. I put in the payment instructions and got confirmation that the order was entered. The website said the following day I would get a notice when the order was ready to go out an hour before delivery. Well the next day I got no notice so I called the restaurant the restaurant said they had received no order from GrubHub. I emailed GrubHub and they simply said my transaction had been canceled. Without even the courtesy of an email or a text message and here I was panicking to get another lunch delivered, which took another hour. Talk to two different people at GrubHub neither of which had any power to solve the problem or get a new order put through, they’re only reply was somebody would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. And when I finally did get a reply two days later it’s simply said sorry he was a 10% discount on your next order. What a poorly run on accountable delivery service!

I would give GrubHub negative stars if I could because 1 star is way too much! I ordered breakfast from McDonald's at exactly 9:33 am. The ETA was between 10:12 am - 10:22 am. Then the ETA changed to 10:34 am to 10:43 am. When the time changed to 11:37 am - 11:43 am, I decided that was enough and looked for a way to cancel. There was none. I looked at the ETA again and it was 12:24 pm - 12:33 pm. My food was delivered at exactly 11:32 am. That's 2hrs after being ordered. That is RIDICULOUS!!! GrubHub, please give customers the option to cancel orders that are beyond the second ETA change or refund their money.

I ordered from grubhub and Keishyra was my delivery driver.she was so sweet and so polite.she even wished me a happy easter.its really nice to have such a sweet lady deliver to me.

Had used grubhub in the past and liked it but service seemed to get slower and slower..... the final straw was when I ordered with a 35-45 minute delivery time and it kept getting extended 20 minutes over and over and when I finally canceled was told it would take up to 10 days to be refunded....needless to say I’m done with this service

My food never arrived! Customer service told me I chose to “pickup” vs delivery. Not true!! I specifically chose delivery and left and tip. And they offered no help or refund

Ive had 4 orders cancelled within the last month or so from orders placed around 8 pm or so. I work in a hospital. I get out late and work 14 -16 hrs a day with covid. Ive gone hungry 4 nights the last month now becuase grub hub fails to notify me in time that my order wont come. By the time they tell me, everything else is closed. Sucks when its your only meal of the day after a long day in the hospital. Alp other orders have been over an hour late!

After my food was delivered to some one else, driver must have had a problem with the alphabet, I live in L ( big letter on the block) but it was given to a person in C block . At a later time I gave them another chance. Weeeell, waited and waited, time changed twice and I had to call GH. Answer - they were short on drivers. Sorry, not my problem.Don't take any orders then. Ppl want warm food. Yesterday I gave them ANOTHER chance, silly me. Ordered food at 4:45 pm, delivery time given 5:37 pm. Guess what, It chanced till 6:51 pm ! I almost got the hiccups. Was on wait on the phone for 40 min before I got thu to GH. Long story short, driver went to wrong restaurant but was in route to bring it to me within 15 minutes. While I was on the phone with the rep, I got an email telling me that my order was cancel due to the restaurant not taking any more orders !!! GH app is deleted. Wish I could give half a star

Bad. Just all bad. 100% of EVERY order I put in with grubhub, they accept, take my money, wait an hour or sometimes more for my food, then they cancel the order & I also don’t get my money back for 5 days. Think about what I’m saying. EVERY single time I use Grubhub, this happens. How are they still going when their competitors DoorDash, Postmates, & Uber Eats don’t do this to their customers??? I can handle something happening once. But, EVERY time? That’s not a restaurant problem, that’s a Grubhub problem. Don’t order through these guys because they will take your money, waste your time, you won’t get your good, won’t get your money back for 5 days, & hopefully have enough time & money to order elsewhere so that you can actually get the food you ordered & paid for. Grubhub is an absolute joke.

Worst Delivery Service Drivers are rude and cannot deliver to correct house. Unable to differentiate between 223 an 233 on house numbers. Cannot see difference of vehicle in driveway and empty driveway. Even with texted directions. Customer service does nothing but refund fees. No fixing of driver issues.. Avoid at all costs.

I had skipped lunch and by 230 ,while stuck at work,was ravenous;So I downloaded the GH app and placed my order at 235.Was told it would be there by 313.Then got a notice that it was delayed until 3:38(the restaurant was 10 mins away).the food did not arrive until 3:55(5 mins until the end of my shift),The driver could barely understand English,the drink order was incorrect, and the food was ice cold. I've deleted the app and will never use this service again.Plus their rates are insane!

Worst experience ever. I used Grubhub and 2 dinners are on my receipt from GH but only one is listed on the receipt attached to the bag. What happened? Great, I get refunded by GH but now I don't get dinner. Also, that was the soggiest no filling egg roll ever.
