We have ordered grub hub 3 times in the last week. Today our order was missing items, wings were cold and hot dogs cold and rubbery. Called to tell them issue with order and they would not refund because the three times we ordered have all been incorrect, incomplete and cold. We live in Knoxville, TN and though it is not known for quality of workers In Restaurants, grub hub should be responsible to refund or replace e orders. We’re not trying to cheat the system or gain anything if the food delivered is uneatable or missing why should you have to pay for it. Not to mention the customer service is in a foreign country with no one in the United States to assist you.

I wish I could give no stars! I will never use GrubHub ever again, as soon as I receive my refund I am deleting the app. This is not the first time I have ordered thru them and my order never shows up. Just waited for over an hour, called the restaurant and they don't even show that I have an order. So I canceled my order and now get to wait for my refund to hit my account. GrubHub can keep their $5 Credit that they offered me!

My manager placed an order with Grub Hub on Wed for a staff meeting to surprise us all with lunch. The food never arrived because Grub Hub never paid the restaurant! Now Grub Hub is saying that they need 7-10 days to authorize a refund and we never got our order to begin with! Horrible service and everyone we talked to on the phone for customer service was rude and hurried us off the phone.

i have used grubhub a several and almost everytime there is a problem. they either pick up your food and delivered at 8 to 10 other people before your food gets to you and they’re notorious for dropping your food off at the wrong house. I keep going back to them, hoping that it changes and it doesn’t. GrubHub does not care about the Customer because if they did, they would let go of these drivers that don’t care and our incompetent

My order was screwed up and canceled by GH. I reordered with DoorDash. My canceled order by customer service was not done in a timely fashion. The restaraunt called to day the had identical orders for me from GrubHub and Door Dash. Told them the story. The grub hub driver came and got my dinner taking it to another address. When Door Dash came, there was no pizza. Restaraunt called and made me a fresh pizza for DD. Who knows what happen to the GH pizza. Then I got email saying my $35 would be refunded to my card. Instead it's a GH credit meaning no refund and they refuse to refund my $ as it's already processed as a GH credit. So I'm stuck using a terrible company to replace my $35 whether I like it or not. Thieves. I only tried it because of being an Amazon Prime member and it was a perk. It's a group of thieves and liars. If I close my account, I forfeit the $35. GH is not a BBB member, so absolutely no recourse. Don't use it, you WiLL get screwed and not kissed. No lube either.

I'm giving them a 1 star, I'm sick and tired of my orders not being correct, and GrubHub doing nothing about it. I will no longer order from them

Order never showed up after over an hour. Went to grubhub to complain and they said sorry, here's a discount on your next order. Really???? I would NEVER EVER use you again

Here is the problem with Grubhub. They pride themselves on delivery. You pay a fee for GrubHub to deliver your food for you. But then from a lot of restaurants you also have to pay another delivery fee, even though that restaurant had absolutely nothing to do with your delivery. Arby's is like that. If you order Arby's from GrubHub, you got to pay a $4.95 delivery fee.

Horrible service! We used the a handful of times, each time terrible! The last straw was when the ditzy delivery girl delivered to the wrong condo! The picture was not our place. I called, she basically said you’re out of luck. I told them to redeliver. They sent the same girl. She delivered to the wrong place again, at least it was a different unit, lol! I did call her again, her attitude was… too bad lady! They canceled my order and gave me a 10.00 credit. I will not be using the credit.

This is my second time using Grubhub. I should’ve read the reviews before using this company. They suck. First time my food was late and cold and second time the same. This delivery person stopped by somewhere else after picking up my food. This is ridiculous.

I will never use Grubhub again. Their customer service is absolutely useless. I’ve been waiting for almost over an hour and a half for a driver to be assigned, but there was no driver and if I had known that there wasn’t gonna be any driver available for an extended period of time I would’ve never ordered through them. They should not put that it’s gonna take 30 to 35 minutes on their time if there are no drivers available And the first time I contacted them to complain about this they said oh can you just wait until after the expected time frame so I did end it got extended twice so I reached out and I said nope I’m done. Cancel my order and they were like well aren’t you willing to wait? No I’m not Absolutely ridiculous.

There are 2 - 602 Woodlark Drives. Ours is in Davenport, NOT Haines City as your website keeps changing my updates. Our address is 602 Woodlark Dr, Davenport, FL 33897. I have provide 2 screenshots of OUR ADDRESS, and 1 on the other Woodlark Drive in Haines City. You can see they are miles south of us. We are right near Publix at Bellacita, and Champions Crossing. We run into this all the time with delivery services gps apps. Somehow it needs to get fixed or we will have to cancel our Grubhub membership.

For the past three months Grubhub has taken orders and never assigned drivers. No food has been delivered. They try to offer $5 for the “inconvenience”. Stop taking orders you can’t fulfill.

Dieu was supposed to come at 11:08 but came at 11:25 my food was cold he was going everywhere except to my house I don’t Recommend him so yea he left at 10:20 but got here at 11:25 try again next time dieu

Grubhub suck. I cannot walk due to surgury. So I wanted to get a delivery.Grubhub tells me that I said pick up. I did not. If I wanted to order food and pick it up I would have called the restaurant. Now I'm out 27 bucks. But what's that to them. Now no food. I'm angry at myself for even thinking of ordering from them. I agree with others who left reviews. Useless worthless.

Contacted about cold food because the driver had sat in front of the restaurant for over 5 minutes after picking up my order and was denied a refund. Absolutely ridiculous how this company behaves about errors made by the drivers and restaurants. I am now in process of deleting my account which is stupid that it is not an automatic deletion I have to wait almost a month like how ridiculous is that?! Not using this service ever again.

Grubhub is garbage for sending me to 1950 West baseline in Tempe. Directions specifically said 1950 West baseline Tempe!! 1950 West baseline is in Mesa!! so I was led to the I-10 in front of Denny's for no reason but when I called KFC at 1950 West baseline in Mesa !!! Anna answerered and was very kind so I drove out to Mesa to get my KFC after passing the KFC next to food City twice!! so back to GrubHub being garbage for sending people to the wrong locations thank you Anna @KFC for directing me the right way.
