The orders often do not arrive or are incomplete. Trying to get help through the app is almost hopeless. They use "zendesk" for connecting to an agent to help, but no one ever connects, leaving me feeling anything but "zen."

My order was $30 and I was billed a total of $50!!!!! This fee was shown no where before I placed my order. I requested the driver knock, they didn't so my food sat on my porch and got cold. It was my 1st time using this service I will never use it again. Go with door dash.

I have had to cancel the last several orders. Always late, keep getting multiple drivers, order extension. After what seems like an hour or more I would try to cancel and they want me to keep waiting. I won't use GrubHub again

i placed an order on grub-hub and the restaurant was closed, i drove to the place only to see it was closed on a random Tuesday. the next day, im getting a call the order is ready and to get help it was the worse experience. 3 agents on chat asked the questions that your monitor should have showing and 2 on telephone The group order was for over 50 dollars. I am beyond upset and disappointed. I am spending half my lunch trying to get my refund. I hope a manager contacts me on this experience.

I have been ordering GrubHub ever since they launched the mobile app I spend on average about 3000 monthly on deliveries I can honestly say 70% of the time they are well over an hour and if I don’t contact the driver first and explain to call me and not to leave the food outside the total disregard to the description and delivery instructions today was the last straw. I have been waiting 2 1/2 hours for a Starbucks coffee that was $20. They will not refund me or cancel the order. No driver has been assigned. My coffee has been sitting there an hour and 42 minutes. There’s nothing I can do even though DoorDash is more expensive than GrubHub with my prime membership. All my future business will go to DoorDash.

All 3x I’ve ordered I’ve had problems and when clicking the “was your order late” or help buttons THEY DONT WORK! Last order my almost $6 shake was missing and I couldn’t even contact you. SMH NO THANKS GRUBHUB!😡

Similar story to others about Grubhub stealing money without actually providing the service. Tried to put a pickup order through the yelp app and the business used Grubhub. I entered my info and payment information and after I clicked to place the order, I received a popup that there was an error in processing my order, so I ended up calling the business directly to place an order and paid at the restaurant. The next day, I saw a pending charge from Grubhub. I thought Grubhub would cancel the charge because the order couldn't go through on the app so I thought it would be taken off. The day after that, the fee was actually charged so I contacted Grubhub support, who told me that it was outside the 48 hour delivery ETA of when I had "placed my order" and that they could not refund me because the order was successfully picked up- despite what actually happened, which was that I did not pick up the GrubHub order because I had received an error message screen that prevented me from going any further. Terrible customer service and no effort to remedy the situation.

Last 2 orders I had were 3hrs late absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER use again or recommend to anyone. I would rather paid the delivery fees to Doordash and get hot food on time.

Past 2 orders I had missing items. Not the $, the principle is the issue. Either the restaurant or the driver needs to check the order. Grubhub refused to issue refund that was only $6.99 due to my "customer status". They ended the chat and hung up on me when I called. They lost a customer for good. Terrible experience.

Lately every order something is wrong, delivery location is not followed, leave at neighbors, outside property on sidewalk. Food items missing, or incorrect. Customer sends pre-written sorry not the experience… but it’s gotten worse and worse

0 ⭐️ I ordered pizza hut through them after a late sporting event for my kiddo. I got 2 notifications that my order was delivered. It never came. My kids and I are now sitting here 2 hours later with no food and empty tummies. They offered a measly $10 credit for the inconvenience. That doesn't even begin to cut it. Where is my order? Why was it confirmed delivered, but never arrived? Where is my phone call when they arrived? On top of all that they added an automatic $10 tip to the driver that took off with my food and never brought it here. Our ring camera is on and active, there was no activity on my porch after the order was placed. Oh, and my live chat was abruptly ended by them after I wasn't satisfied with the $10 credit. I want my food, not a $10 credit.

I prefer Grubhub over all their competitors. They are the best delivery service. My orders are ALWAYS right unlike the competitors. Kudos to grubhub. Customer service is great but there is no need because their drivers are great.

The grub hub driver could not read or speak English - order totally wrong - ruined tonight’s dinner - I got 2 grilled cheese sandwich’s instead of Texas toast and Asian salad mix instead of ice berg lettuce - I tried to talk to him but he just said no English and left

I ordered from a restaurant that is undergoing renovations, but GrubHub still allowed me to order. Will not give me a refund or credit, did not get my food, they will not help. Will never order from them again and will let everyone know about their poor customer service. It was not a delivery it was for a pick up.

Very fed up. I places an order, which never arrived. I'm not sure where they took a photo, but it wasn't my house. This around 8:15. I had asked that they knock and hand the order to me. Around the time they should have been here, my dog started barking. In my rush to get to the door. I fell. I waited 20 more minutes and went back to check my phone. They said it was delivered. I again searched outside in the cold weather. It wasn't there. I called Grubhub, who said they would replace it. I said they should give me a credit also for the $25 I spent on this. They said they were only allowed to give $10. Now I have to wait another hour til approximately 9 or later to get this. I'm not sure who else I can call for delivery. I've been having health problems or could get it myself. Really annoying. They didn't care if I fell or got hurt either. I'll have to rethink ever using them again.
