There Customer Service is horrible. I know drivers don't have the ability to check orders because they are sealed. However, This should not be held against the customer when a item is missing. And this seems to happen alot. And Grub Hub will stop you if you get more then 2 refunds. Telling me that it has to be reviewed in 7 to 10 days and then they will let me know. We'll how about you call the restaurant ect very they forgot now..7- 10??Horrible customer service. Done with Grub Hub.

The worst drivers but they are more than happy to take your money! Customer service is lacking. Refund? Good luck! I’ve been waiting for my refund for non delivery of food for 3 weeks (unacceptable)and going to the Better Business Bureau to resolve this. Grub Hub sux

I ordered Ice cream tonight,I saw the driver pick up my order then it said he was on his way. The driver sat in one spot for 30 mins. I asked him if he was on his way and he said he has to orders. I called the ice cream place and they told me he had picked my ice cream up 50 mins ago,I cancelled the order and deleted my app.I am not eating melted ice cream,they suck!’

I also wish there were zero stars! Buyers beware! We placed a gift card order. The system requires a credit card. The system then charged the credit card instead of the gift card. We tried to live chat with an agent and a supervisor and they refused to reprocess or refund.

I really wish there was zero stars. There is always a problem with your drivers. i understand mistakes happen but how do you keep delivering my orders to random addresses? Find better employees.

For our Christmas Eve, we ordered at Grubhub for delivery from Chili’s. I placed the order the day before using Grubhub’s advance order feature so that the restaurant WOULD NOT RUN OUT OF RIBS OR STEAK on that busy day. So at the time our food was supposed to be here, nothing. I called the restaurant and they told us Grubhub did not send them an order for us! I called Grubhub, who never even apologized, and they sent the order in to Chili’s then! By that time Chili’s had run out of ribs and our entire meals were late. Grubhub gave us a $5 credit when they should have refunded the whole order! Grubhub ruined our Christmas Eve meal and we will never ever use them again! And neither will any of our friends.

I have over $90 in gift card credits but they keep rejecting my orders with no reason given. Customer service took hours to get back to me and offered no solution; told me they would contact me if they had questions. They basically stole $90 from me. I'm also a Type 1 Diabetic and I was counting on this service to be able to eat today. My blood sugar has gone down to unsafe levels three times since I first contacted customer service. It's literally a health and safety issue at this point and they are still doing basically nothing.

Worst customer service experience. App is has more restrictions on menu than I've seen on Doordash or Uber Eats. 4 orders since October that I got refund email confirmation on. Come to find out today those refunds were never processed and instead I got double charged on one of those transactions. Upon chatting with SI Fitzgerald on app support, I was first asked to check with my bank, then told he will fill a report, then he refused to compensate for inconvenience with bad attitude. DISAPPOINTED

1st time customer. Very disappointed, upset and frustrated. The delivery driver that was assigned to my personal order claimed they delivered my food a total of $50 along w/ a tip I generously included before services were complete. After calling I was told I apologize nothing can be done. We won't refund your money and have it redelivered to the address. We will only redeliver without a full refund. We won't compliment your order after the horrible injustice and first experience with GrubHub. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!!!

Grubhub is giving Amazon a bad name! Free Grubhub delivery for 1 year if you're an Amazon Prime member. Our food was picked up for delivery and on the way to our house, the Grubhub driver stopped somewhere else to pick up another order. We watched online as his car sat for 15 minutes while he was waiting for the other order. By the time we got our food it was obviously cold! This should not be allowed! Horrible customer service. Grubhub needs to change their delivery process and focus on one delivery at a time.

If I could leave no stars I would. They are the absolute worst. Delivery is always late. Food is always cold. Their customer service sucks they won’t even begin to help you. Not only that in the last 6 times I ordered I ended up having to go pick it up myself 2 of the times. Otherwise you don’t get your food and are still charged

Grubhub not only allows theft, they assist with it due to them getting a kickback. They do not help the customer at all. Their customer support even stated that do not have a legal team.....what king of multi-billion dollar company doesn't have a legal team? Their customer service refused to assist in any way.

1 out of every 6 orders have been cancelled after waiting 45 minutes to an hour for them to inform me. If you are short on drivers I would change my order to pickup. The last time they waited till the restaurant was about to close to send someone who could not find it. The icing was a stock $5 coupon on my next order. I’ve used the app for years placing orders no less than $40 each so a $5 coupon is a final slap in the face. There are plenty of other delivery apps and services that treat customers well.

OK 2nd time now in 3 months, from two different places in which I'm missing items. The restaurant says the driver took it. No one is helping me other than to credit the item- guess no dinner tonight. These guys are terrible and what's worse, is the customer service call I hung up with is terrible and they wouldn't send out another driver.

There isn't anyway to give negative stars or I would.. This is one of the poorest excuses for a business I am aware of.. I placed an order and after waiting an additional 30 minutes reached out to customer chat.. I was told their driver was there waiting on my order.. This was a lie, I called the restaurant and no one was there or had been there.. The restaurant in Exemplary Business Practice offered to remake my order.. Grubhub canceled due to "issues" I was told they didn't have a delivery person.. A business does not take your money for a fraudulent available service and then lie about it.. I intend on contacting every restaurant that uses them and offering them much better suggestions for their business just as I did The Restaurant My Order was left sitting.. DO NOT USE GRUBHUB IN THE WEST GEORGIA AREA!!!

We placed an order for birthday and a delivery guy came to our street address and then it's show deliver but I never got any delivery. Grubhub customer service never picks up any calls and chats. They just say will refund your order, but they don’t have the driver’s contact details. They will ruin your celebration and Grubhub doesn’t care.

I wish I could give zero stars. The driver was over an hour late, the food had been sitting at the restaurant for over an hour, and customer service was rude and terminated our chat before the situation was resolved. Save yourself a giant hassle and just go with another delivery service. Grub Hub deserves to go out of business.

i have ordered 3 different times in the last month and everytime there has been a delay making the order 2 hours before i receive it. today when ordering it said 30 to 45 minutes and got a message stating there is a delay. original time was 12:12 to 12:22 then got a message stating delay 12:45 to 12:49 just checked status and now its saying 1:15 to 1:25

This company never will give their promise refunds back to your account. Never trust on them. Make a complain the first time you notice they didn´t refund you what they promise and stop using them right away. I had many problems with them for trust on them, and they never solved my complaints...Even when my orders were cancelled by them, I never received my refunds back... This company sucks...Big Liars...

Company is completely inept. They missed half my order. I get the restaurant is partially to blame but as my representative Grubhub has to take some responsibility. It wasn't a big deal. I contact customer service and they quickly adjusted the price and placed a second order for me. The real problem came later. I placed the order with my corporate credit card. $300 lunch for my staff. I was not there to look at the receipt. A month later when I'm filling out my expense report I discover they switched the charges to my personal card. I figure they can fix it so I contact customer service and they say they can't do anything and I have to ask my bank. Which my bank had nothing to do with this and even if I did ask them I would have to get 2 different companies to agree to transfer the charges. I explained to customer service that what they said was completely illogical but they said nothing can be done. As it is this was not the first order they messed up. Worthless company and completely inept staff.
