“ Delivery person left my food outside of the apartment building and sent me a picture of it outside in the freezing cold and snow. Did a chat for a complaint and they told me they will note this, but we can’t do anything about it because you have an unusually high amount of returns or something Which is completely ridiculous because I haven’t used the service but maybe once this past year and only had an issue one other time when the delivery person gave my food to somebody else, and I had to get a refund for the order ”

“ They don’t want to compensate for your food if it’s cold or if it’s late if it if the deliveries late they don’t care and they don’t do returns and they don’t do refunds they they don’t compensate at all. That’s what I mean by returns or refunds. ”

“ The waitress takes orders and responds with "Okay I'll get that right in for you" and then never returns for hours to let you know that they in fact didn't have hamburger meat. ”
