Horrible customer service. The driver picked up our food and proceeded to drive around for 90 minutes in the car, while stopping and shopping at stores. Food arrived completely cold and we had no way to reheat it. Spent over $60 and didn’t want to eat cold cheese and nachos. Disgusting. Customer service offered us $5 back. Seriously? After all the fees they charge can’t even get your food warm

If I could rate a Zero I would. We ordered a late Valentines Day dinner from a great local restaurant. The time kept getting updated later and later, and the restaurant reached out to me saying the driver never came. I contacted customer service via chat and they said the order was "auto canceled". I asked who canceled it, and was told the restaurant did, which was not true! My card wasn't charged, but otherwise no concern from customer service at all! Do not use this service if you actually want to get your food!

We placed an order and forgot to click to use out gift card. (that was our mistake) but we instantly saw our mistake and called both the restaurant and Grubhub. The restaurant was ok with it but Grubhub said to bad, it's to late. It was less than 1 minute after our order! Never ever would I recommend using them!!

They let their delivery drivers take your food and even if you call and leave a bad review to get your refund they do not refund your money. Thus has happened multiple times and they refuse to.do anything about it. Do not order from these people.

Couldn’t select from the whole menu and when I submitted my address it cut it off and wasn’t showing my exact address.

I placed my order, I waited for over an hour for my food, it never arrived. I called customer service and was told a driver picked up the food but they couldn’t reach the driver then the agent canceled my order. It would have been nice if the order was resubmitted by Grubhub

We ordered sandwiches from Firehouse at 6:50 pm. The sandwiches arrived at 8:34 pm. I didn't even eat mine since it was soaking wet from riding around in the Grubhub delivery car for an hour. Firehouse Subs are only 3.2 miles away.

My order was to arrive shortly after 9. I received a text stating is was delayed an hour. I called to cancel the order and was refused. Will never use this service again. Yes it is convenient at times but after all the hassle is it really convenient.

The service was once valuable, but has deteriorated dramatically in recent months. In the last six months alone I have placed 17 orders and only two were without error. Two of those I must attribute to the restaurant and that leaves 13 orders that were improperly handled by the drivers, and subsequent attempts to resolve the issues failed. The only option offered is a refund which may take days to appear, but the customer is left without the order. Customers who suffer a missed delivery are then forced to manually reorder and wait in the queue, silently hoping that this time the delivery will succeed. And the clock keeps ticking. Sometimes it takes up to three hours from the time of the original order until some sort of food arrives at the door. And the help line could resolve the issue right away by just contacting the driver and having him return. So no, I am not happy.

Do not use them. Use any other platforms but grubhub. Will not refund you if you keep having qrong orders.

I was in turning point of Blue Bell pa today, Feb 14th. They were short two waitresses and the computer was down They were overwhelmed with customers. But Layla who was working on the counter and was the Barusta did a amazing job!! From Jay Meltzer

If I could give negative stars I would. I placed and order at 11am. Order wont arrive until nearly 1pm. I would have never ordered. They won't let me cancel as my order is "in the works". This is actually the 2nd time this has happened to me. I should have learned my lesson last time. Its now 1215 and driver isn't even to restaurant yet. Will be sticking with door dash from now on.

Two separate orders for delivery never arrived. Over 4hours. Grubhub customer service is no help. They just type back preprogrammed response on the chat. The drivers are incompetent, can’t follow instructions to call on delivery.

If I could give zero star, I would. Worse delivery company ever. They allow you to place an order then after pushing your order back several times, you get a notification that your order was canceled and they can't explain why. Or my favorite, the one time the order actually went through someone randomly picked up my food and a second driver came, come to find out there is a delivery scam going on where drivers are being hacked. Took 2 hours to get my food because of this. I will no longer use Grubhub. Doordash will get my full support from now on.

They delivered the wrong food last night and I placed and order tonight for delivery but it was tagged for pick-up. They would not change it to delivery. I cxld my account. I do not recommend Grubhub!

Literally the worst delivery business out there. You order and then you never get your food but you'll get a message saying it's been delayed. Go with one of the GOOD services like Ubereats or Doordash. You'll save yourself the aggravation and you'll actually get your food.

This is the once order I have ever received. I ask that my door be rung, it was not and my food was cold and disgusting when it arrived. I will never us GRUBHUG again.
