“I prefer Grubhub over all their competitors. They are the best delivery service. My orders are ALWAYS right unlike the competitors. Kudos to grubhub. Customer service is great but there is no need because their drivers are great.”

I was furious. They gave me a 5$ credit. I had to look up the order after waiting so long. They refunded me but I won't use”

“I was surprised to see these negative reviews; 99% of my Grubhub orders are great. I live in NYC which may contribute to that. Drivers are professional and courteous, and the food is hot when it arrives; I order every day. For me, at least, Grubhub+ is a godsend.”

“I am very happy with Grubhub, the reason I gave it a 5 is when things get messed up and they do with any company, they always help to make things right. I find the prices very competitive and a lot of time cheaper than others. I have been using them a very long time and a lot more during covid, they were a lifesaver. You can't blame them for when a restaurant or driver messes up but they will help and fix the issue. Sticking with Grubhub!”

“Ordered from Burger King tonight. Grubhub delivered it in person. Way better than doordash. The last time I got food from them. I got a cold pizza delivered on the ground. Keep up the good service, it is appreciated.”
