“Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had with a big brand. I placed an order on 11 August (GE07849742) and it never arrived. I chased customer service almost every week, but every time I got a different excuse. After wasting weeks, I asked for a refund on 25 August, but by 3 September I was told the refund was only “requested that day” and I’d have to wait another 5–7 days.
Absolutely unacceptable – Guess had both my money and my product for weeks. The customer service is a joke: sometimes they don’t reply at all, other times I waited hours for an answer. Quality is no better either – a dress I bought before had to be returned after 2 hours because the stitches came undone.
Guess is behaving more like a scam than a trusted fashion brand. I’ll never shop here again and I’ll be warning others too.”

As a Christmas present it is no good now so I asked for a refund and was told no wait until it does come (if it does) and return!
No acknowledgement that this is on them and I am out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
Their phone number is an automated robot and the Web chat people just make excuses! Desperate to keep your money! Shameful shoddy service!

“Made bag return after month of purchase,got new but it was already damaged but noticed it at home. When returned back to the store with complaint, colsultant said that I damaged it by knife or so, but I just unpacked at home. Don't recommend all guess things, very bad quality”
