“Order made and nobody knows where it is? Was gave multiple excuses by webchat but nobody could confirm if it had even left their warehouse!
As a Christmas present it is no good now so I asked for a refund and was told no wait until it does come (if it does) and return!
No acknowledgement that this is on them and I am out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
Their phone number is an automated robot and the Web chat people just make excuses! Desperate to keep your money! Shameful shoddy service!
