“Thank you For Your Response to My Review. I took Your advice, and asked to speak to a Manager. I did speak with “Shana”. Sadly extremely disappointing responses From Her, and not much support or Help was given. At 1st She told me “No order had been placed” And That, She “Didn’t have an answer”. After looking into it further Shana told me that the Pregablin Was filled, just Not shipped Yet out yet! When I explained that I was assured it would be overnighted Last Wednesday, and here it is Monday, Shane said to me, “They shouldn’t Be promising things like that!” She then proceeded to tell me, “ If at All possible She would get This shipped Out”. This has been extremely disheartening and hard to watch My Dog remain in Pain. I do Appreciate You responding to My Review. Sincerely, Dawn Sherry & “Kaley””

“Three boxes of Sumatriptan Tablets were shipped in a padded envelope. In shipping the package was smashed, and two of the boxes were crushed, one had contents with internal damage. i disposed of the one box due to the pills being severely damaged.”

“Auto fill is good but because of Our USMail is not trustworthy please auto fill sooner so there is no lag time in getting meds. This time it was supposed to be here on Friday but didn't get here till the next Tuesday which left me without meds for that time. You are in Kentucky we are in Mississippi so should not tak 11 days to get here.”
