“ Where do I start! Discount code on website doesn't work - an issue I have raised previously with H&B. Delivery doesn't arrive on advised day, let alone within the 2 hour time-slot. 'Customer Service' takes an age to respond and then does so with "if your issue has not been resolved please let us know..." I have persevered with H&B long enough and will not use them again. AVOID! ”
