“I happened to call in at Huddersfield store and saw a table and chairs I wanted to purchase but wasn’t sure how I would fit it in my car the staff overall are so friendly and happy but I needed help to get it in my car 2 people working there Kyle and terry went above and beyond to help me so thankyou it’s a pleasure to go to my local branch”

“Disappointed with Quality – Not Recommended I purchased two full sets of Home Collections towels in the Stone colour, expecting them to be a good investment for my home. However, after less than a year of moderate use, they have not held up well at all. Despite always washing them on environmentally friendly programs, the quality has deteriorated far too quickly, creating the holes. I was hoping for a long-lasting, durable product, but these towels have been a letdown. If you’re looking for something that will stand the test of time, I’d strongly suggest paying a little more for a reputable brand with better longevity. Not recommended!”

“I went to Home Bargains in Cross hands Llanelli. Most helpful staff and even at 8pm they are still smiling and being nice to customers. Rubens help surpasses that of most other people with excellent help and when we got to my car he helped put the items carefully in, making sure it was all safely placed and putting the seat belt round it in case I had to stop suddenly. I would thoroughly recommend Ruben for a managerial post there if one arises. A shinning example of a hard working intelligent young man. I give him a 50 star rating”

“Visited Home Bargains in Seaforth and litherland , Merseyside today and witnessed the staff member on Till 1 being verbally abused by a female customer. Did he get support from other staff, NO he didn't, not impressed by staff at this home bargains.”

“Home Bargains Lockerbie. Thank you so much to the staff who supported my daughter and her daughter who screamed till she was sick on the aisle. My daughter got quite emotional due to what she thought was a fuss she was making. You were calm and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much.”

“I would like to express how pleased i am with the store at Centurion way at Doncaster. I love shopping there, after phoning the store enquiring about a Christmas tree a staff member went above and beyond in being so helpful,I would like to thank Darren for being so customer focused & time in helping me, I collected my tree today from the store, a dedicated member of staff, also friendly service at the checkout, also a thank you to sales assistant Matthew in helping getting the goods in my car, Excellent service very much appreciated. “I was absolutely disgusted visiting the Southport Home Bargains store on a trip with my family for the fireworks event. We popped in on Saturday 21st September to what I can only describe as war. We were walking past these doors to the back of the store, 2 guys in redish coloured shirts shouting at each other. My kids were upset and one quickly shut the doors and the shouting continued and could still be heard I can only take it they were managers, to be honest being in management myself it was very unprofessional. For one thing, any discussions or in this case shouting match should take place in offices, I take it this store must not have one. I detected bullying by one of the managers and I strongly recommend that this manager be removed from the store as unfit to manage. All the staff are very helpful, but again you could see they were all stressed out. I’m not one to write these type of things usually, but I can only take that if a manager with bullying behaviour is doing it to a colleague, then he is probably doing it to all staff too I strongly advise this manager is pulled in for retraining or even removal for the sake of the staff well being I don’t not wish my email shared with the company, but you can send them my review to look after the staff there”

“Went to east lancs in Liverpool all the staff were lovely especially shah on till 3 so patient mum has dementia and waited while she done her shopping and I packed well done 👏 and the staff in the cafe”

“Why Christmas Decorations in August, when the weather still fine and people want gardening stuff not Christmas balls want weed killer. Seriously shops are getting earlier and earlier why not buy a bigger store and leave them out all the time with other items that are needed”

“Brought something on a late Sunday afternoon. Then ir was faulty returned it the next day .on a Monday. Staff had trouble to do a refund waited 5 mind for her to sort it . Been 5 days now and still waiting on my refund. Back in my bank. Most places its 3 days . Thank ill use cash next time If ishop here again its a joke”

“Went to home bargains at Parkfield Road, Stockton on Tees. Very helpful staff particularly Cheryl who reached for some storage boxes for me and carried them to the counter. The lady on the tills, Anne Marie, was so nice too. Overall a really good experience.”
