"Disappointed with Quality \u2013 Not Recommended\r\n\r\nI purchased two full sets of Home Collections towels in the Stone colour, expecting them to be a good investment for my home. However, after less than a year of moderate use, they have not held up well at all. Despite always washing them on environmentally friendly programs, the quality has deteriorated far too quickly, creating the holes.\r\n\r\nI was hoping for a long-lasting, durable product, but these towels have been a letdown. If you\u2019re looking for something that will stand the test of time, I\u2019d strongly suggest paying a little more for a reputable brand with better longevity. Not recommended!"

"I bought some straw for a baby rabbit. I was keeping her in the house until her injections kicked in and was using puppy pads under her sawdust. Put some straw in on the night. Within a day the whole cage was crawling with these. Had to take the rabbit to the vet and get her unstraw mited. We had to throw away her toys that could have got mited and had to pay for the carpets to be cleaned. The vet put the bugs under the microscope and they were straw mites. Must have cost me \u00a3100 to pay for vet, treatment, new toys and carpet. And did home bargains pay me back? Did they heck. They offered me an instore credit of \u00a330. So that would actually cost them \u00a310 after profit maybe!"

"Bought a paint roller did not get a receipt so checked out the item in the carpark only to find it not fit for purpose toke the item back in with in 5 mins and was refused a refund saying the product was not faulty which can clearly be seen in the photos The store manager Donna was very helpful"

"Awful stuff don't buy ready to use icing worse stuff ever runny .can not use as 2 colours. Wasted my time and money had to scrap icing of small cakes I wouldn't give any one to eat.cost me double in the end should of done my own like I usually do.still lesson learned."
