“I happened to call in at Huddersfield store and saw a table and chairs I wanted to purchase but wasn’t sure how I would fit it in my car the staff overall are so friendly and happy but I needed help to get it in my car 2 people working there Kyle and terry went above and beyond to help me so thankyou it’s a pleasure to go to my local branch”

“I went to Home Bargains in Cross hands Llanelli. Most helpful staff and even at 8pm they are still smiling and being nice to customers. Rubens help surpasses that of most other people with excellent help and when we got to my car he helped put the items carefully in, making sure it was all safely placed and putting the seat belt round it in case I had to stop suddenly. I would thoroughly recommend Ruben for a managerial post there if one arises. A shinning example of a hard working intelligent young man. I give him a 50 star rating”

“Home Bargains Lockerbie. Thank you so much to the staff who supported my daughter and her daughter who screamed till she was sick on the aisle. My daughter got quite emotional due to what she thought was a fuss she was making. You were calm and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much.”

“I would like to express how pleased i am with the store at Centurion way at Doncaster. I love shopping there, after phoning the store enquiring about a Christmas tree a staff member went above and beyond in being so helpful,I would like to thank Darren for being so customer focused & time in helping me, I collected my tree today from the store, a dedicated member of staff, also friendly service at the checkout, also a thank you to sales assistant Matthew in helping getting the goods in my car, Excellent service very much appreciated. “Went to home bargains at Parkfield Road, Stockton on Tees. Very helpful staff particularly Cheryl who reached for some storage boxes for me and carried them to the counter. The lady on the tills, Anne Marie, was so nice too. Overall a really good experience.”

“Simon who works in the Droylsden store in Tameside Manchester has got amazing customer service skills. I went in the buy washing basket but there were no lids on the shelf. I asked Simon if he could help me. He asked me what colour l wanted not only did he get me the lid he put it on for me, then put in in my trolley. He also checked that there was no faults on the basket. He’s a lovely young man. Very friendly & easy to speak. A credit to your company”

“Yesterday I was in home bargains in Unit 1 Melmount Road Strabane Co Tyrone BT829ED Northern Ireland and I was helped by a very friendly lady called Michelle McBride. I walk with the aid of two sticks and Im not able to carry much if I don’t access a trolley, she asked if I was ok and then offered to take my messages to the checkout, she was very friendly and chatted and nothing was a bother for her. I was back in this morning again and spoke to the manager of the store and told her how great Michelle was and how she’d helped me the day before and they should be proud to have such a great and helpful worker”

“Today whilst at the Beacon Retail Park MK I was served by Kieran B. I’ve got a broken elbow and wrist and he was super helpful. Offering to put my shopping onto the conveyor belt and to pack my bags. He was very friendly and chatty. He has great customer service skills. I did speak to the manager on shift because sometimes reviews on here don’t get back to the person themselves. He just deserves a shout out and a massive thank you.”

“Home bargains swindon Wow absolutely amazing fantastic addition to the current stores we have here in swindon. This new huge store is so good, layout clear and precise, have a great food area and cafe that is beyond cheap had a large offer of hot and cold foods and the drinks as cheap as chips but taste as good as Costa. Will definitely be going back again thankyou home bargains”
