"In September 2021 I purchased 3 Sony FX6 cameras with lenses from this company. They promised delivery within 2 weeks, it has now been 2 years. The lenses were supplied after a month-long wait but I still have no cameras. John will not answer the phone, he's impossible to get hold of and only sends what feels like automated email responses. I've included one in the photos for you to appreciate.\r\n\r\nDo not use this company I'm now \u00a317,000 down with 3 lenses I cannot use."

"I purchased a Sony FX9 kit and a FX6 as a back up and number 2 camera\r\nBoth amazing. I got a great deal from H.Preston John helped me put together the full package and kept me fully up dated on the delivery as thee was a bit of a delay on the FX6\r\nThe pictures and sound is great\r\nI would always use these guys in the future very helpful\r\nThanks again"

"STAY AWAY. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. NO REFUND!!!\r\nI literally cannot believe I'm writing this review now... I really should have paid attention to the dozens of other horror stories and reviews below and on TrustPilot before ordering from these guys.\r\n\r\nI've ordered a Canon C70 for \u00a34000, marked as in Stock and ready to be delivered the next day. But like a multitude of other people have found out, it wasn't really in stock.\r\nThought I first received an email saying it had been shipped to me, in reality it wasn\u2019t.\r\nAfter calling multiple times, they told me it wasn't really the case, instead it was ordered from their suppliers and should arrive soon to their warehouse... but never seemed to arrive day after day...\r\n\r\nSince the camera wasn't going to arrive in time (or at all who knows with these guys...), I asked to cancel the order and get a full refund, only to be told they could not cancel because of the delivery. What delivery? The camera isn't even in your stock!!! You've told me yourself that you do not have that camera.\r\n\r\nAfter asking 4 times by email and on the phone for a full refund and being denied my \u00a34000 back, I have been assured my order has been canceled and the refund sent. It\u2019s now been A MONTH and I still haven\u2019t received my refund back.. I have NEVER EVER seen such a terrible experience with any retailer.\r\n\u2028I'm now going to have to seize a court or ask my bank for a chargeback. In the meantime I have \u00a34000 out in the wild which is a massive stress for me.\r\n\r\nDO YOURSELF A FAVOUR: DO NOT order from those guys ever. Like a lot of people have explained it here, they've had to wait for months to get delivered or have had to harass them to get their refund. Such a shame."
