“I can't fault this company, they always have delivery spaces, free delivery, wide range of products, great deals. On top of that if something goes wrong you can get through to someone at your local store in minutes and they put it right. I had a short date on a pack of mince and they put it on the next van out and replaced it within 3 hours! Now that's good customer service! My local store is Braintree and they're abosolutely perfect!”

“Iceland was very helpful I booked my shopping then found half an hour after it was all finalised that the slot I had booked was no good for me due to change of circumstances so contacted Iceland to see if they could change it had to ring again the next morning and they managed to fit me in a time that was suitable for me had they not been able to I would have been real stuck thanks Iceland spalding branch will continue to give them my custom as I have for the time they have been there.”

“My local store is brilliant. BLANDFORD FORUM. We are old and unable to shop in store, so depend on deliveries. Any issues have been resolved when I feed back, either to the store, or rarely to customer service if it's about policy...(like charging suddenly for delivery when I put in my order 2 days prior! )... We use Iceland at least once a month. Any substitutes are thoughtful, since we intimated that we can't always get to the shops. Anything that doesn't suit is returned with the driver. The helpful drivers are ALWAYS courteous and friendly, no matter how rushed they are. On the rare occasions I go to the store, any help requested to save my legs, or lifting to the car is happily given. Maybe other branches could learn from them?! It has to be said that I try to be polite, and maybe not everyone does...do unto others etc.. The only criticisms I could make, just so you don't think I'm blinkered - are those daft, giant carrier bags they were forced to use, which spill the goods everywhere. Also the luxury coleslaw often has huge lumps of inedible cabbage stalk. Occasionally a packer is inexperienced, and puts soft things in first, then heavies on top. Yes, prices are naughty in some instances, but as with anything, even online, one has to compare prices, not blindly putting into the basket. That said, it is simply feedback, and not sufficient to detract from 5 star service.”

“Great service today. I stopped shopping here as the quality of some items & dates were not great. I decided to give this supermarket another try a few weeks ago. I must say things have improved alot from a year ago since I last shopped here. Keep up the great service,one very happy customer 😀”

“Tonight my son and I tried your spicy lasagne from your piccolini range and I have to say was absolutely delicious. My son never usually eats ready meals but he loved the lasagne. Well done iceland !!”

“At the beginning of Lockdown they were the only supermarket I could get a delivery from. I used to go instore to Iceland once a week and other supermarkets when passing. They have been exceptional in providing free delivery and convenient slots. They do not sell lottery cards, cigarettes or a decent malt whisky but their food is fine and that is what was necessary. Luxuries I can manage without, essentials were just that. Essential.They have always arrived on time and the drivers have been pleasant. It is easy to ring up to contact them and once when I ordered the wrong milk by mistake they changed it before the order was packed.”

“Ordering online ,good delivery options and rarely have any thing substituted.Plenty of offers and choice ,I was able to get everything I needed and found them invaluable. Good communication and emails with updates and offers. Bonus of a free delivery over £40 .will continue to use.”

“There was a mix up over my order, due to driver problems, which I was informed of asking if it would be OK to deliver later than agreed, it arrive no problem. The delivery team were efficient and friendly. Next day the same ordered arrived at me door, it went back on the van and returned to BSE store. Called Iceland Customer Service line and a guy called Kyle sorted everything out the refund for me in a very efficient way ... wish all customer services departments were this good. Thank You Kyle.”
