Ordered groceries online as we are in lockdown in a vulnerable group and unable to leave the house. They delivered my groceries. The delivery note said 5 items were out of stock Which is fair enough. BUT after unpacking everything we realised 11 further items like milk, bananas, salad, orange juice, yoghurt etc were all missing but we were charged for all. We were charged £79. My online account says they have all been delivered. Their phone lines are closed. We have never had such experience with a UK supermarket!!. Many other customers seem to be having the same issue. I don’t know how to get my money back other than email them and wait. We need to get media attention on this and report to trading standards as this is totally unacceptable during such hard times for everyone.

Wow looks like Iceland are using a pandemic as an excuse to scam people out of their money by taking orders and money and then not delivering no goods to customers and even worse putting that orders have been completed and delivered on customers portals . What a disgraceful company there is no way to contact them when it happens only email that they do not reply to and they have closed the phone lines what a terrible service and they are leaving customer with no food and yet taken the money this need reporting to fraud and trading standards as they have not delivered the goods advertised . They seem to be taking their time to contact people and blaming it on the coronavirus situation shame on you Iceland how come no other supermarket is behaving like this during this time get your act together and look after your customers better in their time of need as a brand is only as good as its reputation and at the moments yours is wearing thin when you read all these bad reviews on here of people being scammed out of their money and having no delivery or contact from you shame on you

Went into Iceland food warehouse in Mold 2 weeks ago, no cleaning facilities for trolleys or hand sanitiser available, emailed head office, said they take hygiene very seriously and would inform the manager at Mold, went there 5 days later and still no trolley cleaning facilities or hand sanitiser, emailed head office again but ignored this time, every other supermarket is providing cleaning materials, Iceland obviously don’t care about their customers health and well-being in these very dangerous times, Iceland you should be ashamed of yourself. I won’t be shopping there again.

First time I have ordeted foid online. I could only get Iceland to deliver during lockdown as all the others were not accepting new registrations. Pleasantly surprised at how easy it is and cheerful efficient deliveries in a couple if days. Limited range though; no tonic water, creme fraiche etc. so I have had to subscribe to another supermarket too. I will still use Iceland for basics but suggest they extend their range of foods.

Love Iceland. Been using them for a number of years now. Have everything i need, can always get a delivery slot and deliveries are always on time if not earlier on that specific day. Drivers are friendly and courteous too.

I've now used Iceland home delivery after ordering online 4 times and I'm really impressed . All items are good quality and the delivery boys are so polite and happy , I've no complains whatsoever , well done all staff .

did not deliver at time indicated but then delivery was near £50 short! Told delivery man but he said needed to complain online (WHERE?) phone lines closed & no "chat" system. No reply to my emails or formal complaint. Need the refund of near £50 urgently but Iceland not even replied or confirmed receipt of my many attempts to contact them. I suspect possible THEFT prior to delivery. Will not order from any dishonest firm that fails to reply to complaints. I am short near £50 worth of goods! Iceland do not seem to care less! 207474868.

Still waiting for refund on non delivered order. Only generic answer to my 3 emails complaining. Iceland I want my money back. Get your phone line up and running. Or respond appropriately to my email. Very unhappy with this service,

Ordered food to be delivered. Paid via PayPal and told money would be taken out upon receipt of goods. Also emailed that not all food available and reductions made accordingly. I have checked my bank account and see I havebeen charged TWICE! Once for original, higher price and again for reduced price. Not happy!

Just had a shopping order delivered. Ordered on line night before and it was delivered the following day. Everything I ordered was in stock and delivered. Excellent service. Fresh food had good dates on all the produce received and it looked fresh too! The website was quick and easy to navigate. Well done Iceland for a top service and top quality produce.

Placed order. Advised of time and delivery date. This was confirmed day of delivery. No delivery came, money taken out of bank. Cannot get in touch with Iceland. I am 75 and in lockdown. Appalling service. If I was advised the order was coming what happened to it in the next few hours. Does not sound good to me Will definitely not touch them again.

Have never shopped online before and have tried a couple of supermarkets before Iceland. Must say Iceland's system is easy to follow and takes you every step of the way. Sadly several items were out of stock (in my £150 plus order) but I am sure this would happen with any supermarket. Delivery was on time with a very agreeable driver. Have since ordered again with same experience.

I've very recently had major lifesaving surgery and can't get out, especially cos of Covid. Iceland have been brilliant, delivering either within the time scale or earlier. They don't overfill bags which is great as I can't lift anything too heavy.

We placed an order from Clay Cross store.No problem. We altered our order by cancelling an unrequested item.No problem We added to the order. no problem. The order came on time,a nice young man delivered it. Problem:- cancelled item included no additions as requested Alterations all made before deadline line.Rubbish site if no one is responding to it in store

Iceland online shopping is going to become my favourite online shopping place. I'm not one for online shopping but since the covid situation I haven't been out to any supermarket and done it all online. I seem to find regular Iceland slots unlike the other supermarkets who claim to have a bigger capacity than Iceland. When the covid situation is over i will continue Iceland online shopping. A big thank you to Iceland for releasing regular slots throughout the day. A couple of slight things to improve on. There have been two occasions where an Item was missed but after going through the feedback page on the website, I received a refund within days so you still deserve the full stars. However, to really rival the other supermarkets this needs to be worked on. The other slight issue is the lack of substitutes when things are out of stock. Overall, five stars for regular delivery slots during this covid situation, prompt refund for issues and good value items.

Delivery did not arrive. Website says it's been delivered and I have been charged. Customer helpline closed as too busy to answer calls. Emailed but no reply for 3 days, then their email asked if I still needed help yes or no and I said yes and sent further email to complain. 3 days later further email says they will pass my complaint to local store. Now 3 more days but still no reply. I will contact me credit card to try to reclaim money. I can't go out due to lockdown. Just seen the MD interviewed on tv saying how well they are doing!!
