Tried beef in black bean sauce, special fried rice and chicken chow mein. Please don't bother. The rice was overcooked before I cooked it. The chicken chow mein bore no relation to the real thing. The beef in Black bean sauce was horrible. No taste. The only good thing was that the meat when u could find it was tender. We will to to the Chinese takeaway next time.

I think the NEW meat Madras is good and the NEW Beef in Black Bean Sauce is excellent. Although you should never have stopped the Mumbai hot curry range. That was superb

What an utter disgrace this company is. 10% off for over sixties on Tuesdays? What a wicked nasty cynical ploy this really is. It is even worse than the latest scam operated by Poundstretcher which offered 50% off everything after putting their prices up first accordingly. At least they didn't say it was for the over 60's only. I am not aware of the CEO's name of Iceland but whatever it is I hope you are rumbled by everyone and that they pass it along to everyone else. Shame on you. I went in to the Dover store to check these so called "deals" out and didn't find a single one that was not in fact a con. People, you will save nothing, not unless you have money to spare and a freezer large enough for so called "deals" you don't want anyway. No minimum spend required? Well no, there wouldn't be would there because everything is more expensive than anywhere else anyway. Just one example. A block of medium cheddar for £2:10p, when in Morrisons the same type and weight is £1:89. I won't go there ever again, and I am one of those who can afford not to, AND over 60. I am very fortunate, but so many are not. Once again, shame on you.

Absolutely disgusting Company.. They give it all this and that about giving over 65s 10% off due to current situation and what have they just gone and done today the 25th May 2022? Put their prices and bulk deals up. So went to my local Food Warehouse today, me and my partner we're shocked on all the bulk deals that have gone up, individual price too, but now on bulk, you got to buy more for a discount, For example: Holland pies, were 2 for £5, now 4 for £10 (Granted, same price when buying bulk but you gotta buy more) , 3 x Coleslaw for £5. Really? Who needs 3 coleslaw unless you're having a party. Older folks on thier own don't want to buy bulk deals, they are on thier own (maybe due to the death of thier partner) , they may not have a big freezer, so they have no choice but to pay the over inflated single price (which are cheaper elsewhere) they are charging, so effectively, your ripping off all old folks and single people who don't need bulk buys and making them walk to several other places to get it cheaper, in fact, they are ripping off everyone with thier individual prices as you can buy them elsewhere cheaper. The cashier even agreed and said it was ridiculous, apparently they in competition with Farmfoods (another establishment doing the same shady practices). I'm sorry, but I ain't stepping foot in this place again, unlike the older folks, I CAN walk around and get better deals. Years ago it was all just mostly decent single individual prices, now their resorting to ripping off all the old folks with these stupid bulk buys. I seriously hope these companies (who are preying on older folks) see a massive drop in sales and people boycott them like me as I can clearly see exactly what they're doing... Bye bye Iceland

Great service today. I stopped shopping here as the quality of some items & dates were not great. I decided to give this supermarket another try a few weeks ago. I must say things have improved alot from a year ago since I last shopped here. Keep up the great service, one very happy customer 😀

Purchased their own "luxury steak pies" thinking they would be of special quality, the steak pieces were inedible (bouncy & unable to chew, grisly too) I ended up throwing it away. Had the oven on for the recommended 30-35 minute on gas mark 6 so not impressed as there is a cost of living crisis on. Think I will turn vegetarian!

Paid for fresh bread but expired loaf received, was promised a replacement that day but it never arrived. Call centre promised £10 compo and a fresh loaf and put me through to stroud and i was put through to bakery and i was told that the reason was that " we probably ran out of bread " ,He then promised to send my replacement, but was about to replace the receiver without any of my contact details, proving that again i would not be seeing any bread. And even though i gave him my contact details, its now wednesday and a week will be up Friday and no phone call, no Tenner and no bread and i have to tell you that iceland are guilty of FRAID. They have fraudulently passed me over as a fool by deliberately sending out out of date bread whilst charging me full price and as i am responsible for an elderly disabled person that has special dietry needs which requires bread, this has angered me as i have been lefy hanging on for just under a week and its obvious that i wont be receiving my loaf which i ordered in good faith and i have been a regular customer every week for over 2 years , each order in excess of £100. FRAUD IS A SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENCE and i shall be taking my custom elsewhere and if i dont receive my bread i shall be reporting this as an offence . I shall also write a review daily online. I will not put up with a cheat

I have used Iceland deliveries for years but stopped ordering milk, bread/cakes, cold meats & chilled food because of the use by dates. I have never complained until a couple of days ago. The woman I spoke to in the Rickmansworth store couldn't have cared less. She told me to shop in store so I had to explain that I'm currently immobile & as a pensioner I couldn't afford to throw food away because of the poor use by dates. Her attitude was So What?? I have made an order with Argos, who provide the number of use by days on their products, giving you the choice to order or not. So its goodbye Iceland and hello Asda.

It’s a joke TWO days on fresh stuff It’s a joke TWO days on fresh stuff ! Whatever you do don’t shop on Saturday your stuff will be off or turning by Monday ! If your housebound save your self the hassle and headache of dealing with this companies online service, and if your not housebound also save your money and order somewhere more professional. Wow I wish I had read the reviews on here first before trying to persevere with the rubbish customer service and value I have he on and off over the last year from my Belle Valle Iceland. I cannot not believe how poor dates are on fresh items I ordered 2 pack lunch deals for work/school in my weekend shopping for the following week and they had Mondays dates on them (bread and cooked meat) I also ordered a 3 for £9 meat deal and again 2 meat fresh meat items had Mondays date on (and I had no freezer space left to squeeze them into so they will go off before use !). I spoke with customer service and they state they only give TWO days on fresh stuff ! Which is ridiculous I am also fed up of receiving smashed products and I don’t just mean eggs and fruit it includes smashed up frozen products to (do they play footy with em coz they look like they have been drop kicked !) On the positive at least they refunded the broken items not the rubbish dated items that had I been shopping I would of left on the shelf so only £17 going in the bin on Monday and not £21 fantastic. I won’t be shopping online there again, EVER !
