Same story. Faulty phone sent out to begin new contract. Phone sent back recorded delivery, waited for replacement phone to be sent our SIM sent out but no phone. ID claiming phone sent, not their problem so now we have a bill for a phone we don’t have.

So upon contacting iD Mobile they say its not gone out yet then when I say I don't understand I been told I would be receiving a delivery and being told different things they then look again and come back with your process has been declined and we can not tell you why.
”

On the day of the delivery iD Mobile rang the delivery company to return the phone to Carphone Warehouse (Dudley)
I phoned to ask why they told me to speak to the delivery company and CPW.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Its my first time ordering a Sim and I am struggling to change a WRONG delivery address. Almost 25min on the phone to get someone to change or cancel this order.
