From the explanations about poor customer service and live chats plus unreliable devices sent from them I don’t truly know.

VERY poor to non existent customer service on the back of a log in system that never seems to work. Any problem however simple like trying to retrieve a bill because you cannot log in takes ages to resolve. I gave up and left. Yes cheap but not cheerful.

However, customers should remember that the price level reflects a company that clearly caters for customers that want minimum service.

I've only contacted customer service once a few years ago, I only had to speak to one person and once they managed to grasp what I was asking for it was sorted immediately.

The network coverage checker indicated no coverage in my postcode area, but the reality was a better service than provided by EE, who claim to provide excellent signal strength! Three months later, and I upgraded to a £6 monthly tariff, giving 2GB data, 1000 minutes and unlimited texts.

I've been with iD Mobile for nearly a year and the service has always been excellent.

Terrible do not go near them !! Still getting bills and I had left them in March , paid in full when I left , never had this problem with any mobile company before , customer service so so so bad !

Love this phone company. They are run by car phone warehouse using the 3 mobile service. They have a nippy little phone app where you can manage your account and they have an online account management platform. Bills are very clear, prices very competitive and service always on point. Thank you iD Mobile

Using them for a few months now. I have had issues with them but their customer service makes up for these issues. Che the person that served me over the phone was exceptional. He changed my plan, got me a better deal and I went back on to the network as I initially cancelled my contract. Thanks Che
