“Iherb is a great company which does deserve a five star rating. However I do not like the company laser ship they use for deliveries. Laser ship does not knock. They just placed the shipment in front of the door and leave. Vitamins are heat sensitive and should not be sitting out in the Sun of 92° for hours. I don't understand why lasership does not put it inside my carport where it's shady. Once I stood in the door waiting for delivery man to hand the package. Instead he laid on the ground and walked away. I do not believe that the vitamins are any good haven't been exposed to such heat for hours. I herb please look at all the complaints and change carrier. Or give me an option where I can choose UPS or postal.”

“I always want to see detailed product information, for example, ingredients product amount and customer reviews. The website has all of this, I also like that the website is very easy to use. The shipping is really quick and the products are all reasonably priced.”
