Delivered product to me with ZERO protection. The product spilled all over and made a mess.
I requested a refund and they rejected it. Dishonest and despicable.

Now item is no longer available so I lost my purchase, lost my first time discount and customer service messed up so now even my refund is delayed! How FRUSTRATING,! Customer service is only by instant messaging which took over an hour.

Had the same experience. I’m an honest customer who orders supplements frequently. Last order was a disaster and I will not use them again. Paid almost $200 for an order that got held up at customs and of which I never got. Company keeps declining my refund request even though, I never got it. They put a refused delivery which I also did not do.

Iherb is a thief company. They received my order and deposited my debit transaction to only cancel my order but refuse to refund my money. They have essentially stolen $82.16 and two months later I am still fighting to get my money back. This company is terrible.

Melted supplements delivered to me and Iherbs expect me to pay the return delivery charges to the United States which has the same cost as the vitamins to refund me.

I asked them to return the order and proceed for a refund but they informed that if returning the order costed them over 80% of its value, The will not return it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
"I placed an order and received the wrong product. I sent the wrong products back to them and the tracking shows they received them. STILL NO REFUND OR CONTACT FROM THEM. There is no way to call customer service to get any answers. I am out almost $50.00 I have sent three emails and still no contact from them!"

The worst customer service : if you don't receive your order they will make you wait for as long as they can to finally never refund you your money ! They are the worst.

I've sent several Emails, then they themselves put a refund request in yet I didn't ask for one then it was denied? All I want is the rest of my order which I feel im within my rights to have? Yet it feels like the more they fob me off with emails whilst not actually addressing the issue they're hoping I'll go away.
