I came across this website while looking for a certain suntan lotion that they carried. I placed my order on May 4th and 11pm and by 1am, I had a text update saying it was already shipped out. I received the lotion in 3 days without having to pay for faster shipping (i used the original $2 shipping) I will definitely be a returning customer!

Impossible to create an account. Robot (literally) customer assistance. No where to place your order by phone. Tried several times to create an account and reset my “incorrect 😳” password how can it be incorrect I just created it and saved the information?? It did not send me a temporary password but insisted it did and I triple checked my email address to see if there was an error, nope. Then I started reading reviews, oh dear, should have started there before I spent 45 minutes picking out herbs and supplements . My order was close to $200 so I tried to add discount codes and after multiple attempts one finally passed the test but then I couldn’t check out. OH WELL!

I don’t often write reviews but felt obligated to do so as I received an excellent service from the company iHerb and cannot understand how this company has had so much negative feedback on here. I ordered two bottles of Purity Perfect Multi vitamins from them on the 26/04/2020 (by the way this is probably the best multivitamin on the planet in terms of the amounts of vitamins/minerals/phytonutrients it contains) and they arrived with me 06/05/2020. Bear in mind that this company is an American company and I am from the UK so 10 days is a very fast delivery service; especially with the current situation the world is facing. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process via email and provided order details, shipping confirmation and delivery confirmation and also provided tracking details etc. Product arrived well packaged and I am very happy with my purchases and will most definitely be using this company again. I highly recommend the company iHerb to all and say to potential buyers: do not be put off by the negative reviews. Some people in life are just impossible to please and will always find something to moan and complain about. I admit, I was a bit skeptical purchasing from this company after seeing the low ratings but I took a gamble and it paid off. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

iHerb’s customer’s product review system lacks credibility. When I publish a positive product review they post it on their website. When I post a negative product review they delete it. Customer’s should not believe what you read.

i paid extra for delivery and still haven’t received my order ... now, three full days after the delivery date i paid for (which was confirmed by the company after they charged me and then was switched immediately after). also, they ignored my requests for an explanation. typical online company.

Horrible Customer Service. They don’t acknowledge their relationship with Walmart except to take your money. Never will order anything from them again!

My order showed as delivered all though I never received it. Customer service asks me if I've asked my neighbors for the package. In a 100+ apt complex do you think I'll be going around asking. They refunded the following day $16.85 when I paid them $18.85 for the order. Will not buy from them ever again!

The shipping was so fast and super cheap! I got 2 items for $2 in shipping! Plus it got to me in 2 days! That's super cool! It was also super easy to buy the products!

Placed order about noon on April 30 for 2 bottles of herbs. To my samazement they were delivered on May 1 @ 7:34 AM. Price more than reasonable. Amazon wanted more than double the price even with "free" shipping. The $2 shipping fee is more than reasonable. Will be my go-to place for on-line herbs.

The worst customer service : if you don't receive your order they will make you wait for as long as they can to finally never refund you your money ! They are the worst.

I’ve been ordering from iHerb for ten years. Their pricing and prompt shipping are the benchmark for the industry. However, they no longer carry many of the items I bought from them and have had to switch to other suppliers like Amazon and Swanson. They continually ignore my written request for not soliciting product reviews from me. I unsubscribe and they continually resubscribe me. I consider this a violation of my privacy.

I received my product and the expiry is less than 6 mths. Upon checking with iherb they said becoz i ordered from Asia site my expiry is 10/2020 instead of us site which says apr 2021. When i ordered it routed me to the us site and upon check out it converts the currency to my local currency. So in light of this it doesn’t make sense what iherb customer service says. It is downright wrong and discriminative. I feel sorry that I am not born in US and poor sod like me gets the shorter shelf life product. I will not buy from iherb.com anymore. Thank you for discriminating where i receive my order from, but not my money. Another incident. I decided to check my other order which is the mct oil. I was shock that even this they got it wrong! I ordered a 16oz and i was billed also for that but i received a 15oz bottle. Wrote immediately to customer service. I just read the reply and they say the keto collagen product is shipped out of korea and mct oil there was a relabeling? What kind of shoddy excuse is this? You don’t relabel the qty or amount which you sold on your internet site!you don’t send customers 5 mths of shell life! I bought last year a collagen powder and the shelf life is apr 2023 at a different seller platform. There is no compensation or apologies at all. I get the feeling after talking to the 2 customer serivce personnel that iherb is too proud to apologise.

I received my package yesterday and my keto collagen has an expiry if 10/2020 and on top of it my mct oil order was supposed to be a 16oz but they delivered me the 15oz instead. I was told by the customer service of ordering in the us site which offer the expiry apr 2021 for the keto can’t be right. When i search for the product it brought me to iherb.com with international delivery. When i checked out the cost of product was immediately converted to sgd. how can they say that in the other site the product is listed as 10/2020? This is downright discriminating. When i click on iherb.com.sg it brings me to the same website!!! What is the customer service talking about? To top this off, the oil i ordered is a 16oz. I was billed that too but i received a 15oz. The customer service conveniently informed me product is shipped out of korea and has a label change. No compensation. No apologies at all for the stressful purchasing! To me if you are ordering from Asia site like Singapore, you are getting a lesser deal because i paid the same value converted in SGD but i get s shorter shelflife product and a lousy excuse that products shipped out of korea has a product relabelling. Until now no apologies, no compensation.

Don't buy from them, they have let me know 2/3 of my order is out of stock 2 days after ordering, and then dispatching the remaining product with the same shipment price! The order was for 5 USD and the shipment costs 15 USD! If they weren't out of stock, it would be 40 usd, which was all my necessary items. But now I have to split them into 2 orders and pay twice the shipment price!!! You know what their customer service said? Here are 5 USD for your next order, LOL! not only 1/3 shipment price, but next ORDER?? how can I order from iHerb if you treat your customers like that??? Do not make the mistake I did. Buy from other companies please!

I have ordered from Iherb twice now. The website was pleasing and easy to navigate, the products are fairly priced and everything arrived promptly. I plan on ordering again in the future.

The items I ordered have all arrived quickly and in good condition. The prices are very competitive. That said, I never order anything that requires a shipping charge and did not do so on any of my orders from iHerb. Nevertheless, I was charged $4.00 for shipping on one when the receipt came. I pointed this out to them in an email, and they said that the cost exceeded that which the carrier permitted. This makes no sense whatsoever. So I pointed this out to them and they said that I had checked the shipping option that had a $4.00 fee connected with it. This is so funny, because they attached a photo of that part of my order and "Free Shipping" was checked. So I pointed this out to them and they said that my order had weighed more than would be approved for free shipping. I had ordered very light items. So I have requested a copy of my whole order and I will be filing a complaint with the authorities about this company. I think that they have someone in a third-world country doing their customer service. The typing is not like I have ever seen in a legit company. Plus, logic and transparency are totally missing -- as is good grammar and spelling. It's a shame that a company has to cut corners where it really matters to customers. I was enjoying the products; but I cannot do business with a company that is dishonest.

This company is incredibly inefficient and extremely annoying. It started with the online ordering system charging me $12 for shipping on a $32 order when it should have been free. I tried removing items to make it under $20 so then at least I would be charged their flat rate of $2, but the shipping charge then went up to $33 for an order of less than $20! Customer Service was useless. He didn't even have access to my order page to see what was up. I tried a few hours later and could finally place the order without shipping charges, per their policy. Then, four days later I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled! WHAT? Customer Service was again useless. The guys said to send an email. I did. No answer yet except for an automated response saying they are receiving more emails than usual - with service like this, I'll bet they are! This isn't my first time ordering from iHerb, but it is certainly going to be my last.
