“I ordered the Jubilee pens. The printing came out great. So far I have only experienced one pen of the batch that does not work. I haven't gone though each pen. It just so happened one pen I picked up for didn't work at all. I so far plan on ordering again in the future if the pens continue to work”

“I am very satisfied with the service and the product. I wanted to get personalized pencils for my office, I searched online and easily found your website. I ordered online, it was easy and user friendly. Immediately during order entry, I saw an instant messaging option with an Ink Spot representative, I asked a question and was provided an answer quickly all during my order entry. I asked for a proof prior to shipping and the next day, the proof was delivered via email. I was well informed of status of my order at all times. I appreciated the quick delivery. I will be ordering from Ink Spot again.”

Sorry you where not happy with your order. You should contact service @ Ink-Spot .com we would be happy to take care of the issue and reprint the pens if the printing is not legible. We have three different quality control checks on orders before they go out, sorry all three failed to catch the bad printing. We would be happy to reprint your order or you can return the order for a refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, let us know how we can help.
