“The pens are perfect. Ordered them for my sons wedding and when preview was sent another option was included as a choice and it was the one I went with. That is GREAT customer service: that someone went the extra step to make the pens even more special. Thank you and I will recommend the Ink Spot to anyone who asks.”

“As an Indie author, I'm always on the look-out for quality swag I can order in bulk without breaking the bank. I came across Ink Spot in a google search and decided to give them a try. They were fast, friendly, and I'm quite happy with the end product delivered to me. I will be keeping Ink Spot as my pen supplier from now on!”

“Was happy to receive my order rather quickly and no mistakes with the printing. I did not ask for a proof as I felt that everything was clearly printed and there shouldn't be any problems with the printing and there wasn't. I am very happy with my order and the price was very reasonable.”

Jean, Sorry you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We try our best to show actual sizes in all our photographs, list actual dimensions of the pen in the pens description and all proofs are emailed in actual size, Of coarse if you are not happy you are more then welcome to return your order for a refund.

“I found this company while searching for promo pencils. I am so thankful I did!! I got exactly what I ordered, fun pencils with my company name and a nice message on them... AND in a timely manner---(quality and they were quick!!!!) We ran out in a week and our customers loved them... Definitely a good choice for us, I will be back and I will tell my fellow businesses!!! “Your customer service is second to none! I had to make a change in the printing AFTER I had submitted my order. No problem for you guys. I got a confirmation letter right away telling me that the change could be made. I received my pens in about a week! I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you!”
