“I was a little skeptical when I wasn't able to get an instant preview of my custom pens the way you are on so many other sites, but put my trust in them. We were all blown away with how quickly our order was processed and the quality of the pens. It's just a little thing that our small business was missing but these pens with our logo on them has made us so happy and our clients LOVE them. We will definitely be ordering more whenever we run out.”

“I was very skeptical at first because when I read all of the reviews they were all excellent. It just seemed too good to be true. I decided to give it a shot. We ordered pencils with our name and wedding date on them for save the dates. The service was extremely fast. I received a proof the next morning and the pencils were shipped that same day. I ordered the pencils on a Sunday, New Year's day, and the pencils were at my house by Thursday. The only downside is that there are a few pencils that are a little messed up.. The top half of the names and the bottom half are not lined up. Luckily we have extra because there was a minimum amount to order. Overall, I was happy with my order!”

“The price and quality are very good but I am very disappointed in the size of the font, it is way to small. I'm not sure if there was an option to choose the size of the font but how can anyone judge what the finished product will look like if there is no way to view what you are trying to order or if they have never ordered pencils from this company before.”

Karen, Sorry you are not 100% satisfied with your order. You did select the option for a proof before printing. A proof was emailed to you for approval before printing was approved. Proofs are the actual typesetting that will be used to print the item you ordered and shows the printing in actual size. The final delivered product would be "exactly" the same as the proof that was approved. But if you are not happy, you are not happy. You can always return the product for a refund. This is something that most companies do not offer after receiving the final product.
