“What I ordered online was not in stock so I was offered something different and accepted. But when the product came and I seen them I absolutely hate them. I needed them for an event and had no choice but to use them, I was very disappointed.”

“I ordered pens from your website for a friend's son's Bar Mitzvah. We put them in hospitality bags for out-of-town guests, and we gave them to the boy's family. We got so many compliments, and the family absolutely loved them! Your website is one of few that could do produce a small quantity (we only needed 50). That along with the amazing customer service I received from Tom on the phone, no shipping or set up fee, and quick delivery made for an amazing shopping experience! “My son was getting married and at the last minute I needed Eco friendly pens for something I needed people to write at the Rehearsal Dinner. I called Ink Spot.. I wish I could remember his name but he told me how to get it done and the pens arrived on time except the hotel didn't deliver them...one call to Ink Spot I had the delivery time ...the person who signed for them and voila...pens arrived in my room. The bride loved them so much she picked up every pen anyone left...Thank you Ink Spot...job well done.”

“The pens I ordered was not in stock and because I didn't have time to shop around again I took the pens that was offered via email. I received them today and I Hate them. The event I need them for is next week so I have no choice but to use them.”

“Every year I get pink with red writing Valentine Day pens to hand out ..the executive pen ...it is number one ..some people said they still ha e the pen from last year and still works great. Anything monogrammed on the pens look great and they are a good price and come quickly.”

“I ordered 200 neon pens to give out as advertisement of our business. I am very happy with the style and quality of the pens. The Ink Spot did an excellent job of printing our business information on the pens. I particularly like the yellow pens as the printing really stands out on this color. The blue color is a little too dark for good stand out printing but the color is nice. I had some delivery problems with FedEx. After a phone call to The Ink Spot they tracked my package and resent it to me (USPS) with no additional charge. I am very pleased with everything about this purchase and would highly recommend them. Their prices are very good and I will be reordering.”
