“We placed a rush order ahead of a trade show. With no extra charges the order took just a day to print and a day to ship. Pens were exactly what we needed and exactly as advertised. “At Von Kenric Brushes we stumbled upon www.ink-spot.com via a Google search 6 years ago. We have since ordered about 10 times and we will continue to order pens from them. The value is excellent, but what sets them apart is their service. What really shifted my reference frame was their thoughtfulness about the pens they sell-- simply...they have to work reliably. My first interaction with Ken was an off-the-cuff question at the time, "So why does Ink Spot only sell dozen or so pen items? Other larger tchotchke companies sell over 100 different pens." Ken simply replied, "Well, our dozen or so pens work." THEY WORK! He went on to describe that there are over 100 pen manufacturers worldwide, and they constantly send him samples to try out. Well, they DO try them out to ensure that the products work reliably. They want to ensure that everything they sell to you--that becomes an extension of your brand--screams, "high quality, reliability." We are a highly service-oriented supplier of commercial cleaning and janitorial supplies and equipment. So it follows that whatever we give away to extend our brand has to scream those same attributes. Indeed, I've purchased or used promotional pens given to me by other people, and they proved difficult to use or they broke within days of using the pens. But with the promotional pens we give away that were produced by Ink Spot, I have people showing me the pens they carry around, and they are still using them years later. They execute orders very quickly, and shipping has been very affordable--even to us here in Hawaii. So I am immensely happy with the pens we use to promote our business. www.ink-spot.com is our "go-to" vendor for promotional pens. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“I'm a repeat customer so I enjoy the pens, quick service and value. This past time I got some "best value" pens but I was not happy with the quality. The pens felt cheap and they don't flow nicely. Next time I will definitely invest another $20-30 for the more expensive pens that I will actually use. Again this won't stop me from ordering again, I adore the ink spot for my event/marketing needs. I just know better for next time.”

“Great product 500 pens deal is great I've ordered a few times even if they sit for a year or 2 they still work lol u may need a tiny drop of water on a test paper n bingo like brand new well worth the money even if u wanna play around with anything written great for advertising if ur not makeing a lot of money better then a business card”
