I have paid £4.99 on £86 order, adult sizes are too small. CS refused to honor free returns and I need to pay additional £4.99. This was my first order and the last from scammers.

Wouldn’t buy from Jack Wills directly again. Very expensive delivery and returns charges. I return parcels all the time to other stores for free. Ridiculous costs.

Silly me, I should have read the returns policy but, like a previous reviewer has said - who these days charges for delivery AND returns - totalling £9! Wouldn't purchase online again.
