“ Been to marina branch in Brighton afew times now food has really grown be down hill last time we had chicken & chips the chicken was watery the chips were like rubber we went today 6/10/22 had a curry which was tasteless the onion bahgee was freezing cold the poppadoms were soggy the samosers were rock hard complained about was just told oh sorry about no offer of refund or anything it's disgusting ”

“ I went to the 4 candles in Oxford ordered my food given the cups to get are coffee which was next to the coffee machine the smell of urine was disgusting l felt sick so l asked for a refund as l could not eat as l felt ill l have been to many of your pubs some good a few not so good but it's put me right of. ”

“ I was then told 2 minutes the chef can Chuck it together (I assumed this meant that’s how long would take to warm it in the microwave) so I asked for a refund so we could leave and get the children to the hotel to bed but this meant myself and my 8 year old left without having dinner. ”
