Returns - Difficult

After my recent experience with the refunds and returns team, I have resolved never to buy again from John Lewis.

Initially, they refused to accept the return, stating they do not accept returns anymore? But finally after speaking to managers seem to have relented.

Satisfied, I put the phone down inly to receive an email requiring me to print a returns label and take tge parcel to the Post-Office.

simply reading the opening lines of a computer version which says returns accepted if untouched or words to that effect - how can you tell if an item is working correctly by looking -after that it is all downhill - look elsewhere is my advice

They countered this by saying that, as the rug was out of the normal returns period they were unable to do anything.

Every time you contact their “ customer service “, they just hand it over to “returns”, then point blank accuse of using the products , instead of believing you.
