“I am so disappointed with jomashop. I ordered a watch on 15May2020. When i ordered the watch, the site said the watch is in stock and ready to be shipped. At the order page it said, the delivery date would 20 May 2020. So i placed the order. I received a confirmation email of my order as well from jomashop. But after three days on 19th May, just one day before my actual delivery date, i have received an email from jomashop saying, they found that the watch was not available in the warehouse and so the watch will take 10 to 15 days to be available in the warehouse and only after that they will be able to ship it. I called the customer care and he said it will be delivered in 4 weeks. The same watch was a available in amazon but sold by some other reseller. I preferred to go with jomashop seeing the reviews and now i am so disappointed.”

“I ordered 2 watches and I didn't get a guarantee with any of them, and when I called them, the girl hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I even sent 2 emails to which no one ever replied.”

“I was interested in purchasing a solar, waterproof watch. There are many vendors but Jomashop had the widest selection and the best prices. I put one item in the cart and left it there. When I was ready to make the purchase, the watch was still in the cart. Jomashop had given me time to make up my mind, which is respectful and smart. Delivery was prompt and my Father's Day gift looks perfect. I'll have to wait until the third Sunday in June to wear it, but when I do, I will be able to say more. But I've already charged the watch (got it running) and I know it keeps perfect time. So far, so good.”

“Product (gucci bag) seems to be fine FED X Service was not good stated 5-15 delivery sign required than at 5:30 pm stated not coming cant wait all day for delivery than no show spoke to them than they delivered 5-17 and just left at door 1000.00 value never signed for NO GOOD”

“Take your business elsewhere. Over the years, ordered 4 watches from them (including Walmart, where they do business as Watchsavings); 3 of the 4 had real problems. They sell junk. They charged me to send back a watch that didn't work right. Pay a little more and buy from someplace better.”
