“Returns are a disaster. Received a possibly fake/major flaws in the handbag dust bag and interior tag - fighting tooth and nail to get it returned. Still having issues almost a month later.”

“I have 2 orders. Both of them are very unhappy experiences. My first 3 star of my life is for you Jomashop! Very terrible customer service, the wrong description on page causing my return, the customer service keep saying it was my reason. They corrected the description after I reach out to them and said the info on page is correct. Unbelievable!!”
