I ordered a Superocean 44 from Jomashop, watched arrived quickly and had all the original stickers and packaging. Watch worked perfectly and at a great discount. Couldn’t have been happier!

I have been trying for two months to get off their mailing list unsubscribe is a joke. Terrible service especially with returns. Tried to remedy problems but they don't return calls. Don't buy a watch here and never give them your email

Ordered a new Omega Seamaster to only find it had a scratch on the bracelet and no original cards/papers which item as stated it had. I was on hold for over an hour each time I called (3 times) and still did not get problem resolved. They were charging me full premium price on an obviously used product stated as new. Terrible experience and waste of time. Good luck shopping!

I purchased a smartwatch, which is not functioning well. I tried to contact the customer service, which is no existing. The CHAT feature is not working, phone number is always giving a busy signal or once in a while acting like a normal then no on picks it up. I sent dozens of inquiry emails as it was the only option to contact them, no response at all. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They offer warranties, however, if they don't respond at all, what's the value?

I places a order, It was written on stock and delivery in 3 business days. but during the week nothing happened. tried to call - 45 min on a call and as a result - hung up half a word I do not recommend this service

I have still not recieved my order I spoke to a representative they told me they wld check if it shipped they said it shipped , days later I still did not receive it I was tld they wld checkin if it shipped. Why wld you have to check if it shipped if that was already established. Very dissapointed will not be ordering from here again.

I would give them 4.5 stars if that were an option. The shipment was prompt and the item was just as depicted and in new condition. I wish that the Salvatore Ferragamo scarf had been packaged better, meaning that it arrived in the original box. Other than that, I'm a repeat and satisfied customer with Jomashop. Thank you!

I was recommended to this site for good-priced watches and was so glad to find a high-quality watch that I really loved. The shipping was good and it came in one piece. It's working fine and I have no issues with it!

I am so disappointed with Jomoshop. They sent my order to the wrong address and charged me for that and I didn’t receive the bag which was $1200 and they never refund my money. On my other orders they sent them to the wrong address and I followed up with fedex they told me that they dropped it of to my neighbor. I went there after 2 weeks and going the package. I requested to return one of the items they didn’t accept it. This company is a total mess.

TERRIBLE - they have NO! CUSTOMER SERVICE MODEL AT ALL. In spite of their bragging message on their outgoing telephone message claiming brilliance in customer service, the TRUTH is that they are IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH by phone, email, change, fax or smoke signal, to determine the status of orders.

It took me about 8 months, to get a credit. Tonise the credit was also a painful experience. My complaints where never even acknowledged.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Well, I got an email two days later telling me that my item has shipped. I still haven’t received it. I called DHL Shipping and gave them the tracking number and they said that the shipping manifest was created by Joma but the item was never dropped off. What a bummer!

Quick, free shipping. Beautiful watch with the features I want: blue dial, blue leather, legible sweep hands, 3 hands, minute & hour hands glow in the dark, calendar in 3 o'clock position, no day, Eco-drive technology. Also has a diver's dial, which does not rotate. This is considered a minus, but not by me, since this helps this watch attain a 50% discount from list. Makes the dial a bit larger at 43mm, another desired trait.

Although hold time for a customer service rep was excessive, returned was handled timely. It would be great a customer experience if returns are free.
