“The purchase of my Tudor Black Bay 58 went off smoothly. It was nice to be able to sort out duty and taxes with Jomashop online at time of purchase. Delivery was good. Their customer service was excellent and sorted out my problem quickly. Would not hesitate to buy from Jomashop in the future.”

““It’s been a month since I made purchase from this scammy website, spending decent amount of money, they provided me not valid tracking number,never answered my calls, i requested refund and never heard back from them. How to get refund, anyone in knows?“ Saw someone write this and it’s literally my experience as well! The customer service guy was giving me major attitude “WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT HUH?” abs then hung up my call in the middle of me explaining the situation. Disgusting attitude and disgusting way of practicing business.”
