“First time shopping with Jomashop which was actually referred to me by a friend, was nothing but a pleasure to work with them. They never lied about inventory not being there, quality of product was excellent and a very speedy, clean delivery process. “The website did not show currency. Only realised its in usd after I paid, which is way more than I expected. The dress arrived in a strange smell. I have to wash it straightaway to get the smell off.”

“I do not recommend buying from them. They claim the items are ‘new’ however they don’t come with the tags/ booklets or items that a new watch has. Other sites offer similar pricing and you can get an actual new product”

“Poor customer service!!! Bad communication, item still has not arrived. Item showed in stock when purchased about two months ago. Never received any communication from company letting me know item is not in stock until I called inquiring about status after a month. After I saw watch was back in stock on website i called again inquiring about my order and was told it will be sent in a day or 2 and that was over three weeks ago. I have purchased several watches from jomashop but after this experience I will no long.”

“I made a purchase to Jomashop using a payment app and the company decides to send me one of the bottle and tell me they have to charge again for the other bottle. This is ridiculous. I never receive an email update or anything. I should be able to pay one time, and however the company decides to ship the item should not effect me. I will never shop at Jomashop again.”

“The process was easy and I was informed of all shipping movements from start to finish. It came in a timely manner. I bought the daughter ring for my beautiful daughter who has anxiety and the quality looks good. I've not given it to her yet but I'm really looking forward to it.
