I have been trying for two months to get off their mailing list unsubscribe is a joke. Terrible service especially with returns. Tried to remedy problems but they don't return calls. Don't buy a watch here and never give them your email

Worst customer service ever. Received a defective product. Asked for a return and was denied. Ask for a replacement and was denied. Grey market is a gamble and Jomashop is a very bad choice. They will win in any way possible. Repairs... will not happen. Returns... nope. Replacement... not gonna happen. Set your money on fire at least you’ll get heat.

Absolutely unable to reach anyone by phone. I need to return a defective watch, but need a 'return authorization number' to do so. The online method will not work and NO ONE ever answers or calls back. After over three days and countless attempts, I gave up and will now dispute the charge. This is an obvious attempt to prevent returns.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Customers pay to return items then they deduct their shipping cost from YOUR refund?!?! That’s not good customer service. I paid for the item...if you charge for shipping place it on the bill. They’re getting something for NOTHING!! Returns are the price of doing business.

I explained that their return policy seems clear on the front page of their website that says HASSLE FREE 30 DAY RETURNS.

whats wrong with my new watch? How do you set time on watch without voiding returns and warranties? Don’t buy from them unless you are watch expert! Make sure you have x-ray vision to see the inside working.

Delivered with dead battery. Contacted customer support, nobody responded. You have to pay shipping cost for returns. Amazon price is much better for same watch even after 70% off ( fake discounts) . I would not recommend it. Unfortunately I need to select one start because of negative stars not available.

Returns are on you and even if you keep over $600 dollars worth of stuff they still stick you with paying for the other items to be returned.
