“I bought a watch online at Chistmas and cancel it both online and email at the second day. However, they still charged me 20 days later. I called the service number and they told me that it was shipped and let me return the box to USPS with a receipt. I did it and have to pay for the shipment fee if I ask for a receipt. It is totally nonsense. I advice people NOT to buy watch in this web site. The experience is quite terrible.”

“My husband bought a watch for my birthday gift. Delivery was late due to Covid so we received it after my birthday.. That is ok considering the current situation. However, the watch is so heavy and big so we decided to return. How come they asked to pay shipping fee as well as insurance fee. It costs us $265,77, which is ridiculous. We have to pay that in order to ship it back and get a refund. I don't recommend this at all. Be careful when you need to return.”

“Ordered the Hamilton Khaki 38mm field auto with black dial and stainless bracelet. Liked it so much that I ordered the silver dial version with brown leather strap. Jomashop’s pricing is unbeatable. I received timely order updates and delivery was quick both times. Couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with both transactions.”

“I purchased 2 items in the 6th of January, I paid usd 227 and until now I have no idea when will my item will be shipped. They didn’t send me any purchase confirmation or shipping information. I raised a claim thru PayPal and yet there was so communication I contacted them a lot and there wasn’t any answer !! Very bad bad experience I can’t wait to get my cash back I will never ever think to deal with them again.”

“Ordered an item 2 weeks ago that was promised to me in 1 week. When I contact customer service chat, they refused to give me an update, but did tell me the item hasn't even been shipped yet. When I refused to accept that they don't know when I will get the item, they told me to hold. I waited 30 minutes then disconnected me from the chat. I also emailed them and it has been 4 days without a response. Only option I have is to file a dispute with my credit card.”
