I had been looking for a watch for my wife for months and could not find what I wanted. Or, I should say, I could not find one that I thought she would like. I somehow ran across the Jomashop website and was so excited about the selections and the prices. I settled on a Tissot and she loves it. The price was great and delivery was extremely fast.

I had the worst experience with Jomashop. I had bought a watch that was dead on arrival, I am not a regular watch buyer so I thought that maybe the battery was dead which I was fine replacing. Even though that seemed like a bad first impression on their product assurance, I was ok with replacing the battery myself. After trying that, it did not work. I reached out to customer service and they told me to charge it under lamp light. I did this for over 24 hours. Still did not work. I sent pictures and even a video of the watch hand moving, but not correctly as necessary. After getting the 3rd degree from customer service they did send me a return authorization. I sent the watch back and waited 2 weeks. Didn't hear anything. I reached out again and was told I didn't send it back in the original box. Why would the box it came in matter if you sent me a non working watch? Also the RA label said to use the box if possible not that it was a requirement. Again, the customer service was very short and acting like I was inconveniencing them. I would have a replacement watch that actually worked, if asking for a refund was such a burden. Terrible experience and very bad customer service Companies complain about Amazon but at least they don't interrogate you like the customer did something wrong when you get a product that doesn't work Over a month later and I'm still fighting for a new watch or a refund. Awful

Very good service and products. I ordered an Invicta which I had a problem with. The time it took from when I initiated a chat with a Jomashop employee to receiving a full refund was about a week (including returning the item). I then ordered two other items (one which will be coming from the manufacturer in France) and have received the first one, which I am very satisfied with. I received both items in less than a week from when I ordered them. I will receive the last item in another two-three weeks. These folks did a great job, especially during the current crisis we are all in. Would definitely buy from again.

I am very happy with customer service at JOMASHOP. On 13 April 2020 I purchased two great Tissot PR 100 Automatic Chronometer - steel & gold PVD case and bracelet, one for my wife and one for myself. The price of $US 299.99 each, (70% off), was fantastic for such high quality items. Delivery from New York USA to Woodbridge Ontario, CANADA was done in one day by WRX Express Worldwide !

Paid for 2 day shipping. A week later my order still hasn’t even shipped. 2 day shipping means you get your order in 2 days. Emailed customer support but still waiting several days for any reply Or acknowledgement. Some communication would be nice. Companies these days shouldn’t be offering expedited shipping if they can’t handle it, that’s just stealing shipping fees from customers. Prices are great but what’s the point.

I order a watch 17 days ago and I have made 3 follow ups call on my order and nothing gets resolved yet. First, two weeks ago, I contact customer service and they told me the watch will be shipped today ( the day I called), and I will receive the watch by end of the week; but I still never received the watch, yet. I called again the following week and a girl worked as customer service told me the watch is in the warehouse and it will shipped in 24 hrs, and I will receive email to confirm the shipment. Again, I never received the email nor the shipment. Called again ( third time), and I was told they will look for the watch. Jomashop customer service is very bad. They dont take customer matter seriously. They never send email to notify the status of customer order.

I purchased a one-ounce gold South African krugerrand [1988] three weeks ago. Just after I placed the order, the spot price of gold fell by twenty-three dollars. I am an adult and I didn't ask for a reduced price. The coin arrived in acceptable condition, and I reviewed the Jomashop website. Trusting this company, I placed two more orders for Krugerrands [1982/1983]. A noticeable delay was experienced in shipping, necessitating multiple calls to Ryan, Kamela, Ari, and Farouk. All promising immediate shipping. It still took an extra week to ship. After delivery and inspection, I placed another order for a 1982 Krugerrand because the 1982 coin was less than perfect. I followed up with a telephone call immediately after placing the order. I was promised quick delivery. Yet, the company took five days before beginning processing the order. In the meantime, the price of spot gold increased. After five days the company informed me that the coin was unavailable. After calling both Ari and Farouk, I was told, if I waited over the weekend, the coin would be shipped and that the price was guaranteed. Today [Monday], I was informed that the order would not be honored because of the "mispricing" of the krugerrand. There was no appeal. I had planned on buying many more. DON'T TRUST THEM TO HONOR THEIR WORD!!!!
