“So far so great with all 4 separated orders of sunglasses. Price drop are absolutely true bargains for Prada, Gucci and Rayban. Orders come as promise in safe packing. I'm completely 100% satisfied!”

“CAUTION when processing order Jomashop shows correct billing and shipping address. BUT using amazon pay to complete order Jomashop will send to your billing address NOT your shipping address. 3 minutes after my order was placed I sent 4 emails to customer service asking them to confirm the correct shipping address Jomashop replied 3 days later ! stating the order shipped (to wrong address) BUT it was labeled NOT shipped and was sent 30 hours later To the wrong address.”

“Hi team, I ordered a Tissot as gift and looking forward to receive one from you. However I m really upset when received a broken box from Jomashop. It is so disappointed. I try to contact you via chat and Whatsapp but can't. Via chat, the chat bot as lot of question but not bring me to talk with a supporter. Via WhatsApp there is no answer. I really like to Tissot box but it is broken and I don't know how I can give it to my relatives as gift.”

“The fountain pen I ordered was labelled as new, but when it arrived it was obvious that it had been previously used. Ink was still in the converter, and was all cruddy at the opening which means it sat that way for some time. The item did not have any other apparent defects so I decided to keep it, but it is deceptive to sell something as new when it clearly is not.”

“Just purchased and received yesterday what I was led to believe was a brand new Franck Muller $9,800 retail watch. Supposed to have new box and original papers, certificate of authenticity, etc. No Owners manual. ZIP. I GOT NONE OF THAT! Box is broken and coming apart in several areas. UNBELIEVABLE! STAY AWAY. Now they are not returning emails for past 2 days.”

“Jomashop shipped the wrong necklace. This business does not have a clear process in place to handle returns. Jomashop claims to offer returns yet they played games with multiple emails. After uploading the image of the item shipped -multiple times, Jomashop continued the bait and switch in their emails x6 stating "We have not received the images".I called trying to return the item and have them ship the necklace I actually ordered - what do they do? Jomashop hung up 2x. I waited a full week and without a return label and no info on if my item would be shipped I called my AMEX. Amex has frozen the funds from JOMASHOP and on SEPT. 22 2022 AMEX has disputed this order. RUN AWAY from shady companies who ship wrong merchandise then hang up on customers”

“My experience with Jomashop was exceptional. My new watch, purchased at an outlet was stolen by a raven while I was swimming. (Seriously) I re-purchased the same watch through Jomashop. The price was less than it was at the outlet shop (less than 50% the online price from the watch maker itself). The online purchase experience was seamless, simple and fast. And I had the watch delivered to Canada within a few days, with tax and customs duties prepaid… faster than the estimated delivery time. Shopping with Jomashop was one of the best online buying experiences I’ve had. I’ve already recommended Jomashop to several of my friends.”
