“Bought a Cartier watch as a present . The watch was sent with no original papers and damaged box. Delivery over a month. Questioned the genuine article and was told that I get 2 years Jomashop warranty ?!? No Cartier booklet, No Cartier packaging and no Cartier certificate of authenticity . The only reasonable explanation it is good made fake. Stay Away !”

“Be Careful some items are open boxed and damage packaging but they won't cover the return shipping fee. not a good place to buy here for a gift. Be careful what you order here.”

“I have had nothing but great experiences with Jomashop. The products are always in excellent, new condition and in the original packaging. The handbags always come with their authenticity documents and the branded dust bag. And shipping is fast!”

“I ordered two watches and one sun glasses. The payment had been deducted from my account. I have received the order confirmation email . I went to the website on my profile and I can see there are no orders listed under "my orders" tab. Therefore, I decided to contact the customer service. I called the number 1-877-834-1434 which is listed on the website but it does not go through in their work hours. I tried the chat option . someone named "Jennie V" was connected to me and I asked the question about why the order is not listed under my account ? instead of helping me fix it I was routed to another email were I had to email to get it fixed. I had earlier written an email to them about my order status which was of course not responded to. The sale items ( old collection ) of watches whcih I had ordered I was told Jomashop will receive it from their supplier on 30 October 2021 which is 2 months away from today :) When quizzed is this the maximum deadline or chances are they can receive it earlier ? Guess what ? no reponse. Then the agent stopped respdonging to me even though I was connected on chat for more than 30 minutes. I told them the number was not correct so give me a number where I can call . Again no reponse. The agent ghosted on me . Poor customer service. its a trap. An old season watch and they area advertising it on there website without posession of stock ? that is akin to fraud. You have my money and then not the watch and the watch is suppose to arrive to them in 2 months ? Come on - who on earth takes such long to procure a watch when you are advertising on your website that it is available . you can easily make a new watch in that time :) Total bad experience . Stuck with my money with them. Useless and fraud. I can not even contact them on phone . I am starting to think they are a fraud company. Jennie V - I kept on asking you and you stopped responding even when you were connected to chat. you forced me to write this review.”

“I was amazed at how fast my watch was delivered i used the express service extra tax and delivery calculated at the beginning the prices are very competitive especially when their is special offers good range of quality watches i would recommend Joma Shop”

“First time purchase on Jomashop and I could’t be happier! I order my sunglasses around noon on a Monday and I received them around 3pm the next day! I live in Canada and they came from the US. I did the prepaid duty service and paid the additional $2 for the expedited service. The checkout was very easy and I could track the package every step of the way. The glasses are Ray Ban, they are new, authentic and I saved over $100 using Jomashop even with the exchange rate. I will definitely be ordering from Jomashop again.”

“Hello, I still have not received my package, very unhappy with the customer service, I ask for a refund and they inform me that they cannot do it until the package is delivered, it is impossible since when tracking it I travel to Europe and I do not know when it will arrive.”

“I purchased a wallet from my Dad’s birthday . The tracking information claimed that it had been delivered when in fact it had not. I contacted joma shop customer service who was wonderful and filed a report with the USPS. The package was sent to my neighbor by accident and thankfully I got the packed in time for my dads birthday. The customer service of jomashop impressed me though with their willingness to help”
