Don’t count on customer service! It only provides you with “ we are deeply regret” and nothing else. On my recent purchase I realized that the same Jomashop site also has the same watch in steel, and I emailed them to change my purchase from rose gold to steel. I was informed the next business day that “ sure, please provide us with the item number and we will change your item.” Two days later I received an emailed that your watch was shipped. After I informed them that why they shipped an item that I had already requested for change, all I got was “ we are sorry, and accept our apologies!? They would not cover the cost of return for their mistake. To top that , as soon as I returned my watch they increase the cost of steel watch by 600 dollars!!!!! If that isn’t a crime or price gouging it is definitely not a good customer service.

This was my 1st purchase from them and very happy with the results. Item was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition with box and papers. Price was a few hundred dollars less than anywhere else online. It was shipped promptly and arrived a day earlier than predicted at checkout. Love my new watch!

Very good shopping experience - good selection with very attractive prices from one of the more reputable online sources. Two small gripe: (1) Search filters could be fine tuned to include movement and crystal types. (2) While it does state that the items are genuine, the fact that it is not an Authorized dealer/reseller is not stated anywhere that I noticed which would mislead potential customers. Reviews seem to be a mixed bag but most watch reviews were positive and my experience so far has been positive. I do appreciate that Jomashop publishes both the good and poor reviews.

There's good - and not so good. First the good; I purchased a $3500 Tudor watch for $2100. If you purchase from a factory authorized dealer you'll pay full price. They won't discount them AT ALL! Shipping was pretty fast with FedEx and a signature was required for delivery. Unfortunately you can't have it routed to a FedEx store and held for pick up, which caused me to miss a day of work to wait on it. But still that was okay. Now the not-so-good; if you buy a watch, make damn sure it fits you, otherwise you'll have to take it to an 'authorized' dealer to purchase extra links for the band if it's too small. If it's too big you'll be able to remove links yourself if you have a set of jewelers screwdrivers. And like in the case of Rolex/Tudor if you don't have a dealer in your area you'll have to mail it to Rolex to have links added. They won't sell parts to you over the phone for your own installation. And the dealers in my area weren't all that anxious to help since I didn't purchase it from them. And since Jomashop isn't an authorized dealer they were no help either. Also, you won't get the factory warranty or any paperwork, like a manual. But I will say this, all email enquiries were answered within a day. One more thing, the factory watch jewel box had a broken hinge. No doubt had I returned it for whatever reason they would have blamed it on me and refused to accept it for restock. Gray-market dealers provide a service if you don't mind a little inconvenience. It's the dirty little secret companies like Rolex/Tudor don't want you to know. But it boils down to supply and demand. If there's more supply than demand and those uber expensive wrist watches are sitting unsold on a shelf eventually you'll have to idle your workforce. If you quietly pass those unsold Rolex's off to a gray-market dealer like Jomashop the average 'Joe's' like myself can afford one and the watchmakers keep their jobs! Will I purchase another expensive watch from Jomashop? Hell yes!

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! I bought over $400 in cologne, and as soon as I had ONE little problem with just one of the colognes they had poor support!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Scam artists par excellence - I ordered two expensive shawl from them (each almost $1000). One came as advertised and another came in an open box with the packaging ripped. I told fedex about the open box, called their customer service about the defective item and followed up diligently. They did a return but did not even send me a return label. I sent them photos of the defect, and they still did not care. They did not even refund the full amount I paid. I called and asked why, and they said they deducted shipping cost on the item (it was sold to me with FREE SHIPPING). Their customer service folks were rude and dismissive. Will never shop with them again. There are plenty of online merchants with better ethics than a bunch of cronies sitting in Brooklyn NY thinking they can get away after screwing people up. I am a regular shopper with them, and have spent thousands of dollars with them just in the past 6 months. Buyer beware. Their prices are competitive (not out of this world). But their handling of issues makes them suspect through and through. Now I do not even trust their merchandise to be authentic - they will not do the right thing, that I know for a fact. Final straw for me when one of their support guys (and I think they only have a handful of people) told me "do what you want to do".

Do not recommend. To be fair the watch was great for 7 years, but then a chrono arm broke off, this should not happen. Watch has been cared for meticulously. When I called Baume & Mercier, they said that Jomashop is not authorized to sell their watches and they have had a lot of complaints about issues with B&M watches sold by them.

Recently purchased a Zenth Defy El Primero 21. Jomashop had THE BEST price AND warranty I could find. And believe me, I looked. Unfortunately, the first watch that was delivered had issues. Despite my disappointment, Jomashop refunded my shipping costs and had a prepaid return label as well as an exchange form in my inbox that day. I returned the defective watch and within 5 business days I had new watch in hand. This one has been running flawlessly. I understand that things happen, even to the best. It is how those issues are handled that matter and I have to say Jomashop came through. I will not hesitate to buy through them again.

The item I purchased was brand new and in its original packaging. The shipment arrived on time. The order section contains confusing information, but it's not a big deal. I am overall satisfied.

Never got the watch box was empty, trying to resolve this issue and get my money back however jomashop refusing to cooperate, Never will order from them again too much frustration and unnecessary stress it was $4000 watch that I never received
